If you love golf, you may already have plans to visit San Francisco this coming weekend to watch the Charles Schwab Cup Championship from Nov. 3 through Nov. 6 at Harding Park in San Francisco. If so, you should start thinking about the best and easiest way to get to the tournament every day.
The Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) rail system in the San Francisco area announced today that they will be offering a free shuttle to and from the Daly City BART station and the tournament location, the Harding Park Golf Course.
This will make travel a lot easier for everyone planning on going to watch the tournament this week. There is no need to fight traffic and struggle to find parking when this free shuttle is being provided to those who help save the environment by using the BART train system.
According to the BART website, this bus shuttle is being offered to BART customers only. This makes sense because this free shuttle is designed in the hopes that visitors will take the BART train system to the Daly City BART station and not take their cars and trucks around the city.
Then, once at the Daly City station, the bus shuttle easily transports the passengers to the golf course. This is a great, easy and simple way to travel to and from the tournament each day.
