Basic Speed Seduction Terminology: Words to Get Your Head into "The Game"

The speed seduction subculture has quite a bit of lingo and slang. If you're having trouble navigating speed seduction forums, your own sex life, or you just need a way to frame and understand your dating game, then remember these terms so you don't look like and act like a common AFC.

AFC: Average Frustrated Chump. Unfortunately, a lot of guys fall into this category. An AFC knows little about speed seduction and what it takes to pick up or maintain a partner. Commonly, they'll refer to intimate encounters as "getting lucky".

One-itus: A common mistake for the AFC to fall into. One-itus occurs when a person becomes obsessed with a single other person. This gives off a sense of neediness that repels the potential mate. This invariably turns into unrequited love. Often, people with one-itus are used for their attention, but never fulfilled.

Sarge: Going out into a social area with the intent of performing speed seduction or pick up. This phrase was coined by Ross Jeffries and is named after one of his cats (he loves cats).

HBx: Hot Body (x). Uses the well-known rating system of 1-10. There are more profane (and misogynistic) meanings of this term.

LTR: Long Term Relationship. Another variation is MLTR: Multiple Long Term Relationships.

FB: A person with which you have a sexual relationship, but no other expected commitments.

GFTOW: Go FInd Ten Other Women. This is a common prescription for One-itus. If you are still interested in the first person after you've been with ten others, then it might be possible to approach her with a clear head and a sense of confidence. When you can fulfill ten other women, then you'll know exactly what you need to fulfill the first one.

NLP: Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In a sense, it's like hypnotizing someone while they are fully conscious. It provides a way to speaking to someone's unconscious mind, by using ambiguities, implanting suggestions and images, while also occupying their conscious mind. There is a lot of information on NLP, and much of speed seduction and pickup is based off of it.

BS: Bitch Shield. An automatic process and reaction that a female has when being approached. BS is there for her protection, but ultimately is programmed by societal standards (and not necessarily what is best for her).

ASD: Anti-"hussy" Defense. This is a fear that she'll lose social status (or your respect) if she sleeps with you.

LMR: Last Minute Resistance. This usually occurs when her ASD kicks in. The most common solution is disinterest or "freeze-out".

Shit Test: A set of obstacles that a subject will put up to see if the seducer can meet the challenge. There are a lot of ways around them, but the Cocky and Funny attitude is the most popular.

LJBF: Let's Just Be Friends. The dreaded words. It could happen for several reasons, but the message is clear--"I don't want to have sex with you."

Frame: Outlook, perceptions, methods, and behaviors. It's how you perceive and act on the world and others in it. Being in control of and maintaining a strong frame is vital to attracting, seducing, and keeping a mate.

C&F: Cocky and Funny. This attitude (or frame) demonstrates Alpha male characteristics and shows that you are in control of your own frame (and no one else can effect it). When confronted with a Test, C&F just blows it up with humor.

Neg: A backhanded complement used on HBs that have (or think they have) higher social value. Used to bring down their BS and show them that you aren't intimidated by their beauty.

SP: Sticking Point. A part of the process of speed seduction that a person has specific problems with (i.e. the approach, number close, openers, etc.)

Close: The main objectives of a sarge. There are three types--number close, kiss close, and f-close. I'll leave the last one to your imagination.

AMOG: Alpha Male Other Guy. Used in two ways: to describe another alpha male who is interfering with your seduction, or the act of demonstrating alpha superiority over another male who is interfering with the seduction.

DHV: Display of Higher Value. Displaying higher value can be done in many ways, but its purpose is to show HBs that you have high social status.

PUA: Pick up artist

PUG: Pick up guru

ONS: One night stand. Self-explanatory

Inner Game: The aspect of seduction that has to do with your internal experiences. Becoming aware of and understanding how these internal experiences affect your frame is key to modifying your attitudes and behaviors. If you can do it for yourself, certainly you can do it for others.

Those are the basic terms and lingo you need to know to navigate yourself around any seduction forum or dating situation. Keep them in mind. The first step toward becoming alpha male, and maintaining a positive and confident frame, can be the hardest. But, after the road becomes clear, you'll understand exactly how speed seduction can help you change all aspects of your life.
