Bath and Body Works Lemongrass Cardamom Stress Relief Collection

With the holidays comes joy and happiness, family and friends, cookies and turkey, decorations and presents. Along with all those wonderful things, with the holidays comes stress. Let's face it, it's nearly impossible to not get a little stressed out by holiday shopping, decorating, baking and entertaining guests. We'll all have fond memories of those Christmas mornings and holiday traditions but, getting there can be a little stressful. Luckily, one of my very favorite companies has developed some new items to help ease that holiday tension that can build up from hanging lights, carrying shopping bags and craning your neck to see Santa's sleigh in the nighttime sky.

Bath and Body Works has come out with a new fragrance line for their Aromatherapy Stress Relief Collection. The Lemongrass Cardamom fragrance is amazing. The Aromatherapy Collection from Bath and Body Works is the world's largest and they've just created a new fragrance to ease the holiday stress and make the season bright.

I absolutely love this new Stress Relief fragrance. The Lemongrass Cardamom scented products are made from essential oils including uplifting Lemongrass, invigorating Vetiver, calming Cedarwood and soothing Cardamom. Cardamom is native to India and other parts of southeast Asia and is renowned for it's calming and soothing effects. The Cardamom scent is nice and spicy with a sweet fruity undertone. The Lemongrass and citrus scent that goes in this fragrance give it a nice little twist of fruit base under the musk and woodsy scent from the Cedarwood. I love this scent. Just one whiff is enough to blow away some of the day's stresses. The Luxury Bath from this collection contains aloe so that you can have a calming bubble bath while your skin is nourished with an important vitamin. The Body Cream is luxurious. It is creamy and leaves my skin so soft. The Shea Butter nourishes and makes my dry skin completely renewed while the Mongolian Cashmere extract really leaves it incredibly silky.

I'm definitely going to pick up a Pillow Mist for all the ladies in my life. What a wonderful way to destress as you fall asleep.
