Batman: The Dark Knight: A Teen's Review

Jacob Metts
Let me start by saying WHAT A MOVIE, and also saying that this movie like every movie had it's faults and was far from perfect. It started with a bang, and the whole beginning scene was well crafted and terrific then shortly after it dragged. Granted I know that said dragging was adding to the story line. Shortly after it dragged "It picked itself back up" and back to awesome it went. It had some of the same issues as Begins(Batman Begins) with ALMOST too much story line(said "line: was drawn in time though). The thing is Batman can pull that amount of story crafting off. His character relies on emotion, feelings, angst and story building. With all that aside I do agree with everyone, "best batman movie ever". The script was good (minus the occasional "slow spot") and all the actors immersed themselves in their rolls. It was nothing but great. With that said I have seen better movies, I do agree with the general reviews this movie has earned the title "2008 Summer Blockbuster."
