And they'll probably stay in the comics.
First up is Gorilla Boss! He's a crime boss! He's executed for his crimes, but his brain is put in the body of a... you guessed it! A gorilla! I don't suppose this warrants a reason why Gorilla Boss probably won't show up in the movies.
The Bouncer. While he sounds like a tough guy, in actuality all he does... is bounce. He can bounce great distances, and not get hurt, and probably get laughed at.
Orca was a marine biologist. She was doing experiments with spinal cored tissue from an orca. As often happens, something went wrong, and now she can turn herself into... an orca.
Next up is the villainous Calculator. His powers, though weird, are actually useful. He can utilize a "hard light" to fashion objects and weapons out of nothingness. The problem? His outfit looks like a giant calculator.
One day a woman had sex with a yeti. She had a child. His name was Snowman. He lost in a fight against Batman.
Kite Man. Fights with kites. Gets around on a hang glider. Kite Man.
Mr. Polka-Dot has a suit covered in polka-dots! Who'da guessed? He turns the polka-dots into weapons.
Ten-Eyed Man is blind, but connected his optic nerves to his fingers! Now he can see out of them. Batman defeated him by making him catch something. Tough break, Ten-Eyed Man.
And finally, Victor Zsasz. Though, to be fair, he did have a very tiny role in Batman begins, but you probably missed him. He's a serial killer, but his schtick is that every time he kills somebody, he carves a tally mark somewhere on his body. While he one of the slightly more prominent characters in the Batman universe, I'd imagine that his origins and early life in crime would be... laughable.
"Look out, Victor, you have a scratch on your arm."
"That's a tally mark! I mark a tally for everybody that I kill."
"But... you only have one..."
"Yeah... it's my first day..."
So you see, not all of Batman's villains were cool and awesome. Some were just plain stupid.

Post a CommentHey, I think Vic Zsasz could be taken a little more seriously than that! He's a character with a story, and Batman movies LOVE villains with stories. And villains from Arkham. And villains who are part of the plot, but not majorly (like Two-Face in this film, who, by the way, was still breathing at the end! Just thought I'd throw that out there!!) ... and Vic Z is all three of those. They could definitely have him running a crime spree, getting more scars, while Batman's trying to stop a major villain ... sort of like what happened with the Two-Face/Joker situation!
