Bazi: For Athletes Only!? Enhance Performance Without Contraband!? Read the Story!

What initially compelled me to research the company and the products and eventually prompted me to nick name the parent company called "Xelr8" the, "Nike of Nutrition" were how many well known professional athletes there were over the cross section of the sports world who purchased, consumed, and supported the products with their good name, officially & unofficially, without pay! According to company spokes person Sanjeev Javia, "there are hundreds of sports celebrities who are non paid endorsers of the Bazi (Xelr8) product line".

The early conclusion I drew from listening to scores of professional athletes lament about the superior results they achieved in performance by using the Bazi product line was that, "somebody who has enough power to motivate sports agents (typically lawyers) to direct their player clients to try the Bazi product line wants this project to be successful".

The story I discovered was this: John Elway (Former quarterback for the Denver Broncos) is great friends with a successful business man and former stock broker named Sandy Greenberg.

Late in the year 2001 Greenberg who by then had sold his brokerage firm Chatfield Dean was looking for a new venture. Meanwhile, John Elway mentioned to Mr. Greenberg that a company called EAW was about to get kicked out of the National Football League as the unofficial "Go To" company for when the NFL players needed or wanted to use nutritional supplements. And, the NFL was in the market for a new nutritional supplement company to unofficially refer to their players.

The sources I interviewed went on to say, John Elway and Sandy Greenberg shook hands and made a pact: If Mr. Greenberg would start a supplement company that would produce top grade supplements with the professional athlete's physiological needs in mind, then John Elway would "open the doors necessary" for this supplement line to get in front of the right people within the over all sports arena who have the influence to get the players to try it, and if satisfied they would continue to use it......Long story short, that's basically what happened.

What seemed like secrecy was not all that secret because all of the professionals who acted as a sort of guinea pig during the development process of the Bazi product line new about the intent behind developing the product line. Referring to ousting contraband, they all agreed they were "relieved that someone was taking action" when it came to quality control of "what's in as well as what's not in our supplements".

The company began business in 2003 and sold primarily to professional athletes only. By January 2007 the Xelr8 corporation had launched it's Flagship product Bazi and they now also sell their entire supplement line direct to consumer via independent distributors. That is to say, Bazi is not sold in stores.

The consensus amongst the pros I spoke with or listened to is, "drinking Bazi provides them both short and long term energy & stamina". Oddly enough Bazi is not classified as an energy drink as we know energy drinks. "Bazi is a fruit juice, a carefully blended fruit juice" says Sanjeev Javia, head of Xelr8's Research & Development department. Indeed it must be a careful blend because the company reports that, "most fitness conscious people who drink Bazi come back to buy more". Perhaps that also explains why "many people who invest in the company stock have also become distributors" says Ai Garner who is a successful Bazi distributor.

Meanwhile, a small army of well known athletes who take pride in their competitive capacity simply swear by Bazi because they say, "it gives them an edge", and for those who have been tested when drinking Bazi, "not a hint of contraband".

You can learn more about the product, the company, the stock (traded on Amex as BZI) and how to test the product for yourself by listening to an interview with one of the main distributors who sells Bazi to many professional athletes.
