What you need:
* 1 lb thawed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 bottle barbeque sauce
Directions:
1. Turn crockpot on low.
2. Pour barbeque sauce in crockpot.
3. Place chicken in crockpot, turn to get a layer of barbeque sauce on all parts.
4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
5. Rip up chicken with two forks in crockpot.
6. Continue cooking on low for another 10-30 minutes.
7. Serve shredded chicken on buns.
Tips:
Choose your favorite barbeque sauce to tailor the chicken to your taste.
Add garnishes such as cole slaw or others as desired.
Good sides include: potatoes (baked or mashed), corn on the cob, baked beans.
