BCBG Light Brown Twill 'Nancy' Jacket

Very nice design by BCBG! I think that BCBG comes out with some of the best little jacket designs! They are always very innovative, but not so much that they go out of style during the next season!

Jennifer Anniston may not have worn this exact jacket, but it is very similar to the other jackets she sports.

I really like the brown of this jacket, because it's not like a chocolate brown. There is always a lot of chocolate brown on the market. That is kind of a bummer because chocolate brown is really a fall color. However, this is a different brown and is easy to wear all year round when the weather is appropriate! This brown is light and it has a gold tone to it, so it fits nicely with any season of the year.

It is a medium weight jacket that is made out of twilled cotton. Since this is a lightweight jacket, like the other jackets Jennifer Aniston has she would layer under this jacket to add color and flair. The lapels on this design are rounded and not to big. I like that the lapels are not the first thing you notice on the jacket. If ever the lapels are the first thing you notice on the jacket then you probably should not buy it. The lapels on any jacket should compliment the design of the whole jacket. The jacket also has two button front closures.

Another nice, but subtle feature on this jacket is the dual front flap pockets. You can keep your lipstick or a little compact to do a little power touch up throughout the day! What I really like about this jacket are the sleeves! This is what caught my eye the most! The sleeves are about ¾ in length and have a slight puff! I usually am very turned off by the whole puff sleeves look, but BCBG did such a good job with this one! I think the thing that makes the puff sleeves work so well is that the puff does not start out to big on the shoulders. The puffs on the shoulders are just minimal and the overall puff gets bigger on the rest of the sleeve.

The jacket is fitted and lined with cotton. It also has an elastic smocking in the back near the waist to add more of a fitted look too the design.

For such a great jacket I think the price is decent and you get to mimic Jennifer Aniston's style! I think other designer would have charged more for this design. The regular BCBG price is $198.00.
