People who eat meat and fatty foods can prevent the digestive system to function well. Too much of fatty foods and meat may lead to stomach disorder and may even cause cancer of the colon. Too much consumption of animal products can even clog the arteries due to the animal fat. Other negative effects of too much meat in the daily diet are constipation and hemorrhoids due to poor metabolism and digestion.
Vegetarians on the other hand are not susceptible to the complications mentioned for the food intake is digested well that doesn't prevent clog up in the stomach. Vegetarians are less likely to experience bowel related illness and chronic ulcerative colitis. A high fiber diet is considered beneficial. Not only that high fiber diet help in a healthy bowel movements but it also lowers down the cholesterol. A high fiber and vegetables diet can prevent the development of the cancer cells in the body specifically in the colon.
What we eat should always be taken in moderation to avoid any complications especially in the stomach. The food that we take in are all-important but the servings that we have in our meals should always be taken into consideration. Knowing that too much meat and other animal products can be harmful to the health, it would be best that we take it moderately and in small portions. Though the thought of eating steak, bacon and other meat processed food could be tempting at times for it really taste good. But, it would be best to be more careful of the negative effect that it may cause. Fruits and vegetables in the daily diet should be increase for this will be best to boost a healthy body and will improve the bowel movement.
