Be Prepared for Greater Creativity

Finding Your Muse is as Simple as Looking at Life

Life is my muse. There is ugliness in life, there is heartache and pain, but through faith and belief in a good God, I am inspired. We can either run in fear from life, or be brave and fight God's fight. Its not easy being a conservative in the creative field. But I manage.

It is these trials that make me strong, but people keep reading what I have to say, and it strengthens me. I have been on a spiritual journey, as my writing reflects, I have been increasing my fitness to become a better spokesperson for God. I am happy that I lost forty lbs. But it doesn't make me any more precious. God loves me anyway. And although some people may not like that I am succeeding, they are not my friends, and I don't care what they think. My friends and family are supportive and I am finding my way.

I have learned a lot in losing forty lbs. That you can lose weight despite what the experts say. That you can be beautiful inside and out. That being humble is the most important thing to losing weight. And it can be a source of inspiration to see yourself grow and develop into a more youthful person. It can help you creatively. It can help you spiritually if you do it right. Everyone who is fit, really fit has to work out. You can be thin and eat garbage and still have high cholesterol. Truly happy people know this and strengthen their mind body and soul when the exercise. They don't need to do yoga to find inner peace.

Movement is poetry in motion. You can dance for joy. Sing praise out of sheer pleasure. Life doesn't have to be all work. Working out doesn't have to be a chore. If you just quiet your racing thoughts through being still and praying and even meditation. You will ebb in flow in speed and strength.

My increased fitness has inspired me to take on books, my increased health has given me new joy and strengthened my faith. Even if you are plus sized, you can be strong. Even if you start out big, you can tighten and tone. You don't have to starve, but take on new eating habits and increase your well being and have a better state of mind.

We all need to find something to give us meaning, a new challenge, a new reason to be. Getting trapped in the known is death to creativity. We have to always be growing, searching for something new. A new truth. Uncertainty and peace despite the unknown can be your greatest strength.

Not know and yet have faith. Sing your song, be ready for life. And you will be creative and blessed. They say luck is just being ready and prepared for something great. Just showing up is half the battle. Writers block isn't just your problem. You are depriving people of your wisdom, your excellent incite. Write the most true things in your life and you will never have writers block.
