Would you like to imagine a world where, when you were approached by someone you had not yet met, your internal dialog did not include such thoughts as, "Should I be scared, be on the offensive/defensive alertness" or "I'm not comfortable with the way this person appears, so I should be weary or cautious" or "What is wrong with that person? They should take care of themselves better, because I wouldn't ... (let my hair look like that, be that overweight, let others treat me like that, etc)."
Could you imagine a world where, when someone approached you, they spoke with respect (an expression of acknowledgement which resides out of love, compassion mercy and humbleness) or when you gave a response that was not in agreement with their desire or intention, they heard you and honored your boundaries, placing no judgment, condemnation or insults/sarcasms, anger or cruel jokes (which is an expression of that just stated, as well as the ego mind not being able to control or manipulate another to be as it wants)?
Do you feel, at least at times or in various moments that this is what you have experienced or observed? It is a peaceful place to reside that can promote a sense of serenity so deep, that a part of you just knows, all is well; all is as it should be, that which we see and even experience is all temporary, but this knowing, peace, being-ness is limitless.
The wonderful aspect of this inquiry and exploration together is that; yes, it is possible; yes, it does and is happening; and yes, we can grow in this process, even together, right where we are this moment. So, expression of divine beauty is the above. To live from a place that resides from within each of us, that was instilled before the form of our body/mind was even created; before our physical birth, where we grew and began the life journey and developed the physical mind; before we were challenged with the indoctrination of the collective ego that attempted to guide, control and dictate how or what you should believe you are, how you are defined or limit your expression of the true you by replaying stories of your life experiences, charging your emotions with false messages so you confused the present reality with what is... yes, you were created before all that and in whole being; complete and made in the likeness of grace, love and the purity of that which only comes from the Creator and it is in the present, your experience now.
The mind, even now, may attempt to misdirect you with planting thoughts like, "that is ridiculous" or "that can't be right, because I know your no good, unclean, not perfect, did these things that were wrong... so it can't pertain to you" and etc. Ironic isn't it; even the mind doesn't know what it wants and is incapable of recognizing what it even has asked for or tries to motivate you to strive for -that is, only towards anything that is outside self, including concepts that may create beliefs that contradict each other, that it convinces you this is how you will feel or become a complete and fulfilled being; or that it can only be attained after you "suffer" enough in life and can only truly be happy, blessed, fulfilled, loved, respected, etc in the afterlife (again striving for a created belief that is outside self and contradicts much of your other "beliefs" and more so, that which you know to be truth that is experienced when you are beyond the thinking mind.).
So we come to sacred expression, which the mind may say "Oh, I know, it's sacred texts, like the Holy Bible or only on rare occasions when the Creator God uses someone to "save another" out of horrible circumstances or somehow a person is miraculously saved from a sure tragic death or cured of a life threatening disease or illness."
Sure these too can be considered expressions of sacredness, as they are divine in their own nature. So let's take this a bit deeper though. Your invited to imagine once again, on a more experiential level or with your sense perceptions verses just words thought out by the mind, the above examples of communicating to another being from a place within you that the first vision or sight of them stimulates an internal warmth, or maybe light. Perhaps the experience generates an deep internal peace, yet, ironically, it is not necessarily generated because of their presence, though that is very possible too; however, the presence and experience or sense of internal peace and awareness seems to just reside deep in you, beyond the confines of the analytical mind. It just is. In that moment either one of you speaks; you observe that as one of you is speaking, the other is completely present and/or fully listening. No thought is transpiring or is required to hear what is being said; suddenly, you realize that as the listener you hear what is spoken, which includes the intension behind the words and the appearance of direction this being is attempting to go to with these words. As the speaker, you discover that you have increased clarity, both in speech, as well as a knowing that you are fully heard or can be easily guided to provide words that point to the clarity of what your intention is. Upon either experience, both experience mutual respect, honor, are heard and therefore experience an increase of feeling fulfilled, loved and appreciated. Yes, as simple and as complex this may appear, it is sacred expression. This level of awareness subtly and opening notes and/or creates the space of holy ground, therefore acknowledging the sacred residing in all beings and the environment/space in which we share and develop, grow and learn together.
Such simple acts generate immeasurable power, strength and enlightenment, and require not an analytical mind. This does not mean we cease to think or use the mind; but merely clarifies that we exist outside of the limits of it and can recognize this for what it is, thereby allowing the mind to be utilized constructively verses for the ramblings of mental stories, creating unnecessary drama or traumatic events that it tells us is our only identification; or allowing the ego mind to continue to possess us with its attempts to identify itself with our life experiences as a form of assuming completeness by dwelling on anything or everything outside self, including things, events, emotions and its conglomeration of beliefs that is not derived from truth. Amusingly again, the mind may even try to tell us, "I know what truth is, you can't tell me; I know what is right!" and etc. However, as we sit in the sacred place from within, that of true peace, knowing and the blessed presence of our Creator, we are fully aware that when an emotion is suddenly generated that brings anger, resentment, bitterness, frustration, judgment, condemnation and such... it is not of truth, or the place in which our God source resides as only unconditional love, mercy, awareness, peace, sacredness, honor, presence, limitless, joy and wholeness.
So we see we can, are able, can choose willingness to walk, live, talk, express and be awareness within and without. Thus miracles then become the "norm" and to live, acknowledge or become otherwise, denies us the miracles of life everyday.
To honor God, we must first acknowledge and become aware of where this Sacred and Holy Source resides, in each expression of his creation; you, me, in us. If I deny the sacred expression in you, have I not already done so in myself, thus turned away the miracle and/or blessing already in existence? If I deny the expression of sacredness from within in my being and in all the ways I express, live, experience and with whom -than have I not denied you the same gift, blessing or miracle that was intended for you and even us? If I elect to only listen and hear what fits the agenda of my mind in the sharing or requests of another, have I not denied myself an opportunity to experience a moment of enlightenment by allowing another to express in the manner in which the Divine has created them or denied them the development of expressing their truth and affirming the knowing of being heard and confirming the Source of goodness residing in them?
To some, this may be a discipline; to others a way of life. No matter how we choose to define this process, as long as it is for the sake of implementation for our own higher awareness, so we can recognize when we are communing with our Creator -the labels matter not. Let not the mind select labels to create you a new outside identity, for this only creates energy of self criticism, judgment, comparisons and disappointments -all which we are now aware is not of divine or holy nature; not of God.
Be a blessing and you are blessed. Peace is your life journey; your life journey is the sacred path. Namaste'.
