One of my favorite brands is Urban Decay. I absolutely love Urban Decay because they have extremely high-quality products and many of their items are vegan. I own numerous Urban Decay products, including over 15 of their eyeshadow shades, around 10 eyeliners, primer potion, and makeup application brushes. While browsing the Urban Decay website for a cover-up that would help with my dark circles. I immediately went to the "Face" section of their website and stumbled upon the Surreal Skin Creamy Concealer. The Urban Decay concealer promised a lot. It says that it helps provide coverage to cover dark circles and other blemishes. For only $16, I decided to purchase the Surreal Skin Creamy Concealer in Hallucination directly from the Urban Decay website.
When I received the Urban Decay Surreal Skin Creamy Concealer in the mail, I immediately wanted to try it out. I went over to the mirror in my room, opened up the bottle, and took out the wand. The want has a small brush on the end that you use for applying the actual product. I brushed the liquid over my skin underneath my eyes. The brush isn't very good at applying the actual product, so I had to use my finger to rub it in more. Luckily, the liquid goes on very smoothly and doesn't leave any residue either. I was immediately surprised by the results of the Urban Decay Surreal Skin Creamy Concealer. My dark circles seemed to disappear almost instantly. While I was very pleased upon application, I wanted to give it the ultimate test: would the concealer last all day? I applied the rest of my makeup and then went on my day.
At about noon the concealer was still on my skin and my dark circles were still covered. When I finally got back home from a long day, I checked out my makeup and surprisingly my dark circles were still covered by the concealer.
Overall, I would rate the Urban Decay Surreal Skin Creamy Concealer a 4.5/5. It's a great addition to any makeup kit. It also blends in extremely well. Even though the concealer didn't match my skin tone perfectly, after rubbing it in it didn't matter. But while this is a great product, I just wish the brush was a better applicator. It's still well worth the $16 investment.
