In this series I will be sharing beauty products that I love and loathe. These are my personal opinions so if you don't agree feel free to comment.
Loves
- Garnier Fructis Water-Based Shine Wax - This is a must have for unruly hair. It provides long lasting shine, texture and hold. You only need a tiny bit so this product will last a very long time. Gently rub fingers across top of product and then rub hands together. Work through hair. This is great for my side swept bangs and my husbands spiky hair style.
- TRESemme Heat Tamer Spray - If you use heat appliances like blow dryers, flat irons and curling irons then you should really use some form of heat protecting product on your hair. I really love this one because it smells awesome. My hair felt very dry and course before using this product. Now it is soft and shiny. You just spray on damp or dry hair before using your heat appliances.
- Covergirl Lipstick #010 Sugar Almond - This is my favorite lipstick at the moment. The color is a shimmery peachy pink color. It looks great by itself or with a nude gloss over it.
Loathes
- Neutrogena Instant Bronze Sunless Tanner - This sunless tanner claims to give you a natural looking tan, not streaky or orange. But that's exactly what I got. The instant bronze it gives you will wash off. So don't go swimming because when you come out of the water your tan will be gone. Also don't go out in the rain. It will cause more streaks and the color will run.
- Pantene Pro-V Shampoo and Conditioner - I know this is a very popular brand so I am expecting people to disagree with this one. It makes my hair feel very stringy. It leaves a heavy buildup right at the crown of my head for some reason. I have gone back to this brand several times to give it a fair chance but it just doesn't work for me.
Those are my beauty loves and loathes for April 2010. I hope this information will help people that are interested in trying new products.

Good reviews.
I don't trust sunless tanner. The most I will do is brush on some powdered bronzer on my face. I can't risk the streaks.
Good info! :)
