Yellow skin is more resistant to sun damage then white skin. But, unlike brown skin, it has tiny pores, which gives off a very smooth look. The golden skin of Mediterranean tends to be oilier and somewhat thicker. This means their skin is thicker and will not be as affected by the sun and will experience fewer wrinkles down the road.
Both Mediterranean and Asian skin appear to be a form of yellow. The best treatment for yellow skin is to make sure you keep it healthy and hydrated. You should drink a minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water every day and make sure you eat anti-oxydent rich fruits and vegetables. The Mediterranean skin can become oily and sometimes display blemishes. Also any kind of information (trauma, chemical, irritant, etc.) will lead to some discoloration. Although not as extreme as the inflammation that occurs in yellow skin, it is similar to that of brown skin.
If you are experiencing wrinkling, dull skin or puffiness there are some treatments other than surgery. You can try a alpha lipotic acid, vitamin C and other natural treatments. Alpha lipoic acid will increase a particular enzyme that would help brighten your skin. Also vitamin C, applied topically (better known as vitamin c ester), would help remove toxins from your skin. When these toxins are manually removed, your skin does not have to fight them off entirely. This will keep you away from dark spots or open pores on your skin.
Follow these guidelines if you want to keep your skin yellow Anglo. Make sure you get your minimum of 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. Also, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables that are high in antioxidants. Not only are these healthy for your body and currently but they'll do a world of good for your skin.
