Before we start taking care of our skin we first have to get rid of the habits that ruin our skins. We should avoid excessive foundation and hours in the sun. We should use protection like sunscreen and a hat or umbrella when we're out in the sun. People that smoke should quit because smoking will ruin your skin in no time. Alcohol is also very bad for our skin. There are certain people that get breakouts from eating certain foods like oils and grease and they should cut down on those types of food.

When waste is accumulated in your body for too long it can give your face a dull brownish look of waste accumulation. This is the look that you don't want. You just need to not use too much concentration or amount of cleansing liquid.

Exercising is the number way for you to achieve youthful, smooth, and tight looking skin. Exercising is better than any cream you can buy. Creams help a little bit but exercising can work a miracle to your look. If you want to look good for a date or just to look good then you should try exercising daily. There are many ways to take care of your skin but the number one formula that we all know is exercising. Exercising will get rid of that dullness and tiredness on your face. It will push away your stress hormones and other bad hormones you don't want in your body which will then make you look better.

Exercising will stimulates collagen replenishment on your face and will tighten your skin which not a lot of cream can do. When you exercise, you will also decrease your blood pressure, blood sugar and secrete feel good hormones.
