Ask your real estate investment owners if they have ever had the displeasure of having tenants who stopped paying rent and refused to leave the property. Chances are they have. It is sad but true that almost all property owners have had similar experiences. So why not turn this to your advantage by offering this service to landlords

In most cases, the reason for the landlord's hesitation is that they are not informed enough about state and federal laws. They are afraid that they might get into trouble. This is where you come in. Charge them a fee for giving them information from your memory bank. Yes, for this type of work, you need to do a lot of memorizing. But the rewards are definitely well worth it.

You will need to know your state's eviction laws and regulations . You must be able to recall the correct information at the right time and if you can impress your first client well enough, you are most likely going to get more clients. Initially you might have to go to the landlords in your neighborhood in person and introduce yourself and advise them of your services. Assurance is a must, you need to demonstrate your knowledge to them and let them know that you are serious.

If you hit the right client, then they are probably already despairing over the fact that their tenants simply won't leave or pay the rent. Charge them a flat fee and carefully relieve them of their frustration. Why should they pay you? The tenants in question usually know how to get around the system and keep the landlord in the dark, while the landlord has no option but to tolerate it because they are afraid of all the hassle involved. It is up to you to save them. And in almost every case, they will agree to your service if it is affordable and much less than what a lawyer would charge them.

When you have achieved some success, maybe you should start printing post cards. If you think it's too costly, then at least get business cards and ask your present clients to distribute them. You must also remember to dress the part, so wear proper business clothes when conducting the services.

Through this business, you will be both helping your community and earning something for yourself. You might even start liking this job to take it to a higher level! So go ahead and give it a try.
