Become a Younger You

Every Man Wants to Look Younger Without All that Nip and Tuck

Jim Kelly
Men like to look and feel younger as much as our female counter parts do. We strive everyday to look our best and feel our best and put on a great impression for the world to see. Let's face it, looking young means feeling confident about yourself and confidence breeds success. Men are a little more hesitant than women to go under the knife for a little nip and tuck however and we often turn to other remedies to keep ourselves looking, feeling, and acting a younger age. Here are some ways to protect yourself from aging to fast and to keep yourself looking young.

Eat spinach and eggs. Both of these healthy meals will help protect your vision.

Drink cherry juice. Cherry juice helps you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. This means no bags under your eyes and a healthy eight hours of sleep every night, not nine or seven.

Cut 30% of your daily calories. It's a tough one and maybe not noticeable at first, but not only will this get a move on flattening your gut, but you'll improve your memory skills which we lost at the age of thirteen.

Lower your heart rate. If you can lower your heart rate, you'll live longer. The average lifespan of a human heart is only 3 billion beats. Make each one count.

Brush your teeth. You'll get rid of that plaque and your mental functioning will surprisingly improve as well.

Golf. Golf is relaxing yet strenuous, and the life span for golfers is almost 40% more than those who don't take up the clubs. Arnold Palmer is still swinging away isn't he?

Play video games. It will help your reflexes, just don't sit too close to the television set.

Shave. Clean shaven men appear to look younger than men with beards and scruff.

Don't repeat your daily patterns. Sounds like an oxymoron but if you change up your routine every day it will increase blood flow to your brain and help you think more acutely.

Use your muscles. They will dissipate in time so make sure you use all of them as often as possible.

Eat slower. You'll put on less weight.

Work out for at least four hours a week. You will be amazed at how young it makes you feel during the day.

Get a shorter haircut. If you're in the stages of future hair loss, a short haircut will actually seem like you have a full head of hair. Believe it or not.

Eggs for breakfast. They fill you up so you don't eat as much during the day.

Keep your alcohol consumption at three drinks a day max.
