My child looked at me and he sighed.
"I feel as though I don't count in the world,"
he said, and he sadly laid down in his bed.
I sat down beside him and gave him a hug
and tried to explain about the bee.
Without all doing their job, each unique,
They would never accomplish a thing.
No flowers would bloom, nor good food to eat
would we have to enjoy as we do.
Each bee has a special place in the world
and you and I both each have one too.
So remember my son that God made you, just one
of a kind with talents unique,
Like the bee, you are special in the world's scheme of things
So just do your job and remember your loved
and enjoy the rewards that life brings.
There are many bees in the world, most look the same,
but each one is special it's true.
We each have a purpose in this beautiful world
and life needs someone special like you.
