3 to 4 Pound of brisket cut of beef
3/4 Cup barbecue sauce
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 Cup of water
Aluminum foil
Baking Pan
First, preheat the over to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix the barbecue sauce, soy sauce and water together in bowl.
Spread the mix generously over meat.
Take the meat and wrap it in aluminum foil. Place this on a baking pan and then into then into the over. Wrap the roast in aluminum foil and place on baking pan.
Bake 1 hour per pound of meat, if you have 2 and half pound of meat, cook it for 2 and half hours. Once it is finished cooking, remove from oven and let it rest for several minutes. After it has rested, slice the meat with the grain and serve.
