Beef Stroganoff Recipes: GROUND BEEF STROGANOFF
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces
3/4 cup sour cream
Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Drain oil and stir in garlic salt, pepper, mushroom soup and mushroom pieces. Simmer covered for 15 minutes. Add sour cream; heat through, but be careful not to boil. Serve over rice or egg noodles Serves 4
Beef Stroganoff Recipes: Crockpot Leftover Beef Stroganoff
Chopped leftover roast beef, qty can vary but 2 cups is a good starting amount
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom pieces
3/4 cup half and half
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt and pepper
Mix ingredients except the half and half in the Crock Pot. Cook on low for 4 to 6 hours. Add cream, sour cream, salt and pepper 10 minutes before you want to serve the meal. If the beef stroganoff is to thick you can add a little water or you can add more half and half before serving over rice or noodles.
Beef Stroganoff Recipes: Crockpot Beef Stroganoff
2 to 3 pounds round steak
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 cup fresh mushroom slices
8 ounces sour cream
Cut steak into strips. Stir together steak, dry soup mix, and soups in the Crock Pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. If your crock pot cooks fast, you may need to cut cooking time to 6 hours so the meat will not have a burnt taste. Do not add sour cream until 20 minutes before you plan to serve the dish. Serve over noodles
Beef Stroganoff Recipes: Easy Meatball Stroganoff Subs
Make ahead a batch of your favorite meatballs or buy packaged frozen meatballs. You can either place meatballs in the Crockpot and add two cans of cream of mushroom soup (cook 4 hours on low) or you can cook the meatballs in the oven and add them to two cans of mushroom soup heated on the stove top while the meatballs cook. Stir in ΒΌ sour cream and heat without boiling. Serve in warmed sub rolls.
