The state of Oregon is a beautiful place with a lot of history. It was founded in 1845 and became the nation's 33rd state on February 14, 1859. Oregon is known for many of it's great cultural attractions and all of the beautiful state parks, where you can enjoy going fishing, skiing and hiking. Craft Beer is made by blending sugars and malted grains like barley or wheat. Every year in Portland they host the annual Oregon Brewers Festival on the waterfront.
