Befriending a Mimic Octopus

Harold Dean Sink
There you go swimming away.
Thank goodness because I don't want to be your prey.
Your changing skin is amazing to see.
Could you teach someone like me?
Maybe you want your own spot on tv.

Your stance is wide
As you do hide.
Your patience is much greater.
Don't be a hater.
Okay, I'll see you later.

I don't write as much as I used to, but I do find it as a way to put my thoughts on paper or on the computer.  View profile

What a fun poem and photo! I don't think I'd like to meet up with this character either.
