Behind the Scenes - Big Brother 11 - Thurday, July 30, 2009

Today is the Live Eviction show and HOH Competition. Most of the morning will be spent getting ready for live show. The HOH Competition is Endurance and runs for over three hours after the live show ends. Not only do we learn who is the new HOH, but we also find out who the Have Nots are this week.

Producers wake everyone up at 9:00 a.m. Ronnie and Chima are complaining that they are tired because they stayed up after Producers told them all to go to sleep last night. Jessie is still sleeping in the HOH room, but everyone is sent in there for the HOH lockdown at 10:35 a.m.

Each Thursday, Producers want to clean the house and make it all shiny for the live show, and since the backyard is closed off due to them setting up the HOH Competition, they send everyone into the HOH bedroom.

As usual, there is an awkward silence during the HOH lockdown. Thankfully, it usually only lasts for half an hour and they are released at 12:05 p.m.

Russell amuses himself by teasing the camera, making funny gestures to it and Producers yell at him three times to stop.

Before taking a nap, Ronnie tells Michele he cannot wait to vote out Casey. During his nap, Casey comes over and starts banging pots next to his head, telling him "Just want to give you a soundtrack for your nap." Ronnie snaps at him "Now I know why you don't make music, you just play others." Casey says "Exactly, I do play other people's music. Be back in a few minutes, Ron."

Ronnie brags about his comeback to Casey about his pot banging. He says Casey will go down as one of the worst players in BB History."

Meanwhile, Natalie is trying to take a shower to get ready for the show and she keeps getting called to the Diary Room. She complains to Chima and Lydia tells Chima how Russell hit her in the head yesterday and if she wins HOH, she will probably put him up and does not care about him yelling because of it. Natalie says they told her in the Diary Room that they do not need to waste their time making plastic suits because they are not allowed to wear them.

Some people are getting ready, others are talking and Ronnie is telling a story about his first date with his wife. He ate before the date, so when they ordered and she saw how little he ordered, she thought he was cheap and almost did not go on a second date with him.

Outside, Russell asks Natalie what her shirt says. She said "Everybody loves me." Russell replied "That's debatable."

For about an hour, the live feeds go off. When they come back, Jordan and Casey are packing and talking about what they are wearing for the show. Ronnie, Russell, Lydia, Chima, Natalie and Kevin are all in the bathroom still primping. Jordan joins Jeff and Michele at the counter to eat something while Casey sits alone at the kitchen table.

As the time nears the live show, the houseguests begin getting anxious. Russell is pacing upstairs. Ronnie and Jordan talk about how they will pee themselves before stepping down from the HOH Competition. Casey is talking about how it feels to be backdoored.

The live feeds are cut from 4:45 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. for the live show. Casey was evicted. Russell was the only one who voted for him to stay. After Casey leaves, they are told the cliques twist is over and they are now playing for themselves. They are told about the mystery power and America is told it is their choice who wins this power. Then they start the HOH Endurance Competition.

Kevin is the first person out of the HOH Competition. When the live feeds come back on at 6:30 p.m., he is laying on the patio. Lydia is the second person out. The Ronnie is out. Natalie is the next person out of the competition. Michele, Chima and Jordan all throw up at different points. Jordan is out next. When Chima falls next, she is the last person to win a prize. Michele is next out. Jeff and Russell come to an agreement and Jeff drops, letting Russell win HOH.

The first five people out of the HOH Competition, won Graduation Presents with Prizes in them:

Jordan chooses the Have Nots by pulling names from a hat. She does not put any of the former Brains Clique into the hat because she is being nice and they have already been Have Nots twice. She pulls Natalie, Kevin and Jeff's names. She puts Jeff's name aside and pulls Jessie's instead. Jessie throws a fit and Lydia offers to take his place. Jessie and Lydia end up drawing numbers to decide and Jessie loses anyway. He is still throwing a fit and Lydia keeps telling him she will take his place, but he finally accepts his fate and becomes a Have Not for the week.

Natalie, Jessie and Chima go into the green room and whisper. Jessie is complaining about being on slop, but Natalie says she has a slop pass and is okay with it. She says she is glad she already showered, because she is not showering for the rest of the week. Chima thinks Jeff is the person who voted for Casey to stay.

Russell says his hands are torn up. His voice is shaky and he is still shivering. He tells Jordan and Michele they did a good job hanging on as long as they did. Russell hugs Michele and tells her she is tough. She says she was thinking of her husband the whole time.

Jeff is showering and asking Chima about how many times she threw up. She says ten.

Ronnie believes he will win the mystery power. He says his wife is probably running a campaign for him to win it.

Jessie tells Jeff how his name was pulled for Have Nots, but Jordan re-drew so Jessie is now a Have Not. Jessie says Jeff owes him. Jeff is still in the shower, he cannot move to leave it.

Russell and he both talk about how their bodies were in shock and would go numb in-between each diploma hit. Jeff talks about how Chima did a flip and she says she did not even realize she did a flip.

Jeff finally gets out of the shower and wants to go to the Hot Tub. He walks through the room where Natalie and Jessie are complaining about sleeping in the Have Not room and they notice Jeff has a bruise on his leg from the HOH Competition.

Jordan is called to the Diary Room and when she comes out at 10:00 p.m., she calls everyone into the Kitchen. She has to formally announce who the Have Nots are: Natalie, Kevin and Jessie. She tells them it starts immediately. Natalie is upset and says it is not fair.

Natalie is on a rampage about how unfair Producers are to make it start immediately, so she starts stirring up trouble for other people. She tells Russell that Lydia is mad that Russell won. Ronnie is eavesdropping in on the conversation. Jessie and Natalie are pushing him to nominate Lydia and Kevin. Natalie does not stop complaining about being a Have Not and having it start tonight. She also includes how upset she is for not being allowed to wear her trash bag outfit.

Russell is in a lot of pain from the HOH Competition and his knee is really hurting him. He goes into the Diary Room to seek medical attention.

Natalie is now complaining about sleeping in the Have Nots room. She does not want to sleep on pillows that other people have used and she says she cannot risk her relationship at home by sleeping too close to either Kevin or Jessie. Chima tells her Kevin is gay and it should not affect her relationship if she sleeps close to him, but Natalie keeps insisting it will.

Ronnie tells Chima that Jordan not putting their names in the hat for the Have Nots is like a truce. Chima agrees. Chima tells Ronnie that Jeff and Russell made a deal that includes putting Ronnie on the block. Elsewhere, Jessie is going around the house angry about being a Have Nots and mad that Jordan let the Brains off.

Jeff wants to go lay down and Jordan suggests the pool room because it is cooler in there.

Jessie tells Natalie how he was asked who he would rather be stranded on a deserted island with. Natalie is thrilled and wants to know if he named her. He tells her he chose not to answer. Producers yell at him for talking about production and they yell back that it is not about production, but the television show. Jessie and Natalie are worried about the mystery power and they America, through the cameras to vote for them. Natalie saying "America, you have to vote for one of us. It's the Jessie and Natalie show!"

Ronnie is telling people what the mystery power could be and keeps saying it will according to the CBS edit. He honestly does not believe people watch the live feeds or read articles such as this or stay updated with spoiler websites such as mine ( Behind the Scenes of BB11 ).

Chima says if she were watching this from home, she would give the power to Jordan. Chima asks the group she is with (Ronnie, Michele and Kevin) what they thought of Casey's speech. Ronnie said he failed at being clever. Michele says "Dorkopotomus" is the word of the week. Kevin said he was only trying to get to Natalie and Jessie. Chima said "He did." Kevin said that was why he told Natalie to just calm down.

Ronnie goes in and talks to the two people who are freaking out, Natalie and Jessie. Ronnie tells them Chima overheard part of Jeff and Russell's deal. Jeff and Jordan are safe and Ronnie goes on the block. Jessie is mad and wants to know why Ronnie was not put on slop then. Jessie is afraid he is going to freak out being on slop and he is worried about being put up by whoever wins America's Choice. Ronnie says he hopes America realizes Ronnie is the person who can use it best. Jessie hopes Jordan wins it because she cannot keep a secret and would lose the power. Ronnie thinks Jordan wants a truce with him, but Natalie and Jessie assure him that is not the case. Jessie and Natalie tell Ronnie that Chima and Michele will vote with them and he will be safe. Jessie tells Ronnie America is behind him and they believe Ronnie will win the power.

Elsewhere, Chima jokes about sleeping in the HOH bed with Russell tonight, but he probably wants to be alone.

Jessie and Natalie almost argue over the questions Julie was asking Jessie. Ronnie is in the room and Jessie should have known better than tell Natalie about them. Jessie said Julie was an instigator. He says he was asked if Lydia or Natalie were playing him. Natalie demands to know what he said, then is upset and says he should have said "Not Natalie." They argue. Natalie is suddenly silent, but blows up at Jessie.

Ronnie leaves them alone and goes to tell Lydia that he and she will be nominated this week. Then Ronnie goes back into the room to talk game with Jessie and Natalie, but Natalie is giving Jessie the silent treatment. Ronnie says "At least I will get to see my wife."

Ronnie wanders out and goes into the bathroom where Lydia, Kevin and Chima are talking. Ronnie sits down on the couch and Kevin runs away. Ronnie whispers to Chima that he will need her vote this week, then he heads off to find someone else to talk to.

Kevin and Lydia talk in the living room. Lydia is worried about being on the block and Kevin is encouraging her to think positive. Kevin thinks Russell is seeing a medic about his knee. Ronnie comes over to join their conversation. Producers come over the speaker saying "Jessie, Natalie, Houseguests, sleeping is only permitted in the bedrooms."

Jessie and Natalie are trying to sleep in the green room and Producers keep yelling at them, saying "Sleeping is only permitted in the bedrooms." Jessie yells back "No, it's not!" Lydia had escaped from Ronnie and is now talking to Michele in the bathroom. They talk about Jessie and Natalie getting a penalty for sleeping where they are not allowed to.

Jeff and Jordan are talking. Jordan asks if her speech was okay. Jeff told her that after Casey, it did not matter. Jordan says Casey speech was "Awesome." Jeff agrees. Then Jeff tells Jordan how upset he is that she even put his name in the hat for the Have Nots drawing. She said she was only trying to be fair, but he says never to do that again.

Just as Natalie loudly protests as she goes into the Have Nots room to sleep, Russell comes out of the Diary Room yelling "Who wants to see my HOH room?"

Everyone follows Russell to his HOH room. They all laugh at his childhood photo. He has a family photo, a lap quilt (he calls it a knee blanket) and a letter from his mom. He reads the letter from his mom and there is a note from his brother and one from his sister. He reads both of those, then he gets the letter from his father. After he reads that one, the other houseguests clap. He also got a pillow and pajamas as well as a goodie basket. Russell opens a bag of chips, passes it around for people to try. Kevin forgot he was on slop and ate one chip. Jessie loudly makes a big deal about it and now Kevin is worried he will get a penalty.

Jeff is called to the Diary Room, so he congratulates Russell and says he will probably go to bed afterwards. Russell leaves Lydia, Kevin and Jordan in the HOH room to shower downstairs. He pulls Ronnie aside and tells Ronnie he is okay, but they have to talk later. Ronnie goes to Jessie to tell Jessie that Russell says he is safe.

Kevin, Jordan and Lydia talk about how mad Jessie is about being on slop. Kevin says Jessie is mad at him for telling Lydia not to offer to take Jessie's place. Kevin says Jessie is being rude. Jordan says Jeff is upset because Jessie is saying Jeff owes him now. Lydia wants to stay in the HOH to talk to Russell, but Russell comes up to get some snacks and leaves the room again.

Jessie talks to Russell in the Storage Room about how he is worried Russell will put up one of them with Ronnie. Then Jessie goes into the Have Nots room and complains to Natalie that he does not want to sleep next to Kevin. Because Kevin accidentally ate one chip, Natalie talks about all the things she will "accidentally" do, such as shower and eat. The cameramen can be heard laughing at Natalie and Jessie as they continue to complain and now Jessie is mad and says he would like to strangle them. Ronnie wanders into the room and Jessie and Natalie tell him they are tired, but they end up talking about Russell.

When Kevin comes in a few minutes later, the conversation switches to the faces Natalie was making during the HOH Competition.

Russell goes into the HOH room and tells Jordan and Lydia how weird it is. Jordan asks if she can shave her legs in his tub. He says "Yes." Lydia tells Russell that when he hit her in the head the other day by the pool, it was not an accident. He tells her it was. Lydia confronts Russell about her and Ronnie going up. She tells him that Jessie and Natalie told her that Russell wants her out. Lydia and Russell find Chima's hair in the bed and Russell says "Do they even clean the sheets?"

Ronnie is making his rounds and he tells Jeff that if he has not heard by tomorrow night that he won the power, then he probably did not get it.

Natalie and Chima all go up to the HOH room. Natalie says Lydia, Jordan and Kevin were encouraging Jeff. Chima lets Russell know she overheard the deal between Jeff and Russell and Russell wants to know who she told. She said she told Natalie. Chima said Ronnie asked her and she refused to tell him. Russell says he will keep his word to Jeff. He wants to play fair and truthful. Russell says Jeff and Jordan are safe and there is one other condition that he will go into later. Natalie and Chima just want it not to be them. Russell says he will honor his deal with Jeff, or he would feel like Ronnie. He tells Natalie and Chima they are safe because they are on his team. Russell says Jessie made it to the Jury like he wanted.

Russell says he has caught Ronnie in lies and knows Ronnie would backdoor him. Natalie and Chima try to protect Ronnie and trash talk Jeff. Russell insists he will honor his deal and put Ronnie up with someone else. The other person is between Lydia, Kevin and Michele. Natalie gets ready to leave and lets Russell know Jessie will be up later. Russell tells her he wants to sleep. As she is leaving, Ronnie walks in. Russell tells Ronnie he will talk to everyone tomorrow, that he wants to sleep. Ronnie tells Russell how nervous he is, but leaves the room. Michele comes into the room to ask about Russell's pain.

Natalie is telling Jessie about her conversation with Russell. Ronnie walks in and Jessie wants to know if he talked to Russell. Ronnie told him he did not, so Jessie says he is going to go talk to him.

When Jessie goes upstairs, Russell tells him he is sorry Jessie is on slop. Chima, who has stayed in the HOH room through everyone else coming in and out, tells Jessie that Lydia would "give you a happy ending if you wanted one." Jessie says "Nah, I don't think so." Russell says "Yeah, that's because you're not a slut." Chima says "Yeah, if you were willing, she would." In reality, Jessie and Lydia have had sex and fooled around. Russell says he wants to get their four to the Jury House (Russell, Jessie, Natalie and Chima). Jessie is worried about the mystery power and Chima says he may get it. Jessie tells her that America hated him last season. He says they will love Jordan.

Natalie joins them in the HOH room, saying how much she hates the Have Nots room. Russell tells them about the deal with Jeff and also tells them he really wants Ronnie gone. They think Jeff gave Casey the one vote and Russell is going along with the idea.

Kevin comes into the HOH room a few minutes later offering to switch his $5000.00 prize for Natalie's slop pass. They all talk about the live show. Chima said she loved it that Casey told Natalie to go get Jessie a sandwich. Russell laughs about how happy Ronnie was to get a question from Julie Chen, and they all laugh at that. Chima says she will never be asked anything on live television again. They talk about how Julie dug into the Natalie and Lydia rivalry. Then Jessie tells Kevin he deserves to go because he won $5000.00. Kevin says he wants to trade it for the slop pass.

At 3:30 a.m., Natalie, Jessie and Kevin all leave the HOH room. Russell leaves Chima in the room to get his toiletries from downstairs. While he is in the bathroom, Jessie tells him they have his back.

Kevin and Lydia game talk in the green room. Lydia knows Russell will put her up. They worry that both of them will be put up, saying they are backdooring Ronnie. Lydia says Russell should put Jessie and Natalie up, but Kevin tells her he would never do that. Kevin said if Russell puts him up, he will tell Russell "Word for word what Jessie said about going after Russell." Kevin is upset at how Jessie is using Lydia.

Natalie, Jessie and Chima are whispering in the bathroom. They are all worried about America's Choice and who Russell will be putting up. When Natalie says Russell wants Ronnie out, Jessie said they control the vote. Ronnie came out of the Diary Room and joined their conversation. He told them he asked the Diary Room if he had the power and they told him "No." Ronnie goes on and on about what the power could be, clearly believing it will be him.

At 4:45 a.m., Kevin is getting freaked out about surviving the week. Lydia asks if he would be okay if she got a piece of pizza. Kevin says he is going to watch her eat and pretend he is eating it.

Everyone is in bed and no longer talking by 6:00 a.m.
