Behind the Scenes - Big Brother 9 - 2/26/08

Big Brother comes over the intercom and wakes everyone up at a quarter after nine in the morning. The guys all congregate in the backyard and talk about some of the shocking things Natalie has been revealing about herself and that James and Chelsia get to take pictures today. James is excited to write his blog today. The women are all in the bathroom getting ready for the day.

Ryan tells Chelsia that they have not decided how they are going to vote. He and Allison confront Chelsia on her saying that she wanted the final four to be with Joshuah and Sharon. Chelsia said that when she was drunk. Ryan said "I trust you guys.. If we do win HOH, you are totally safe." Allison said that she believes Chelsia was frustrated about something and did not mean what she said when she said she wanted the final four to be with Joshuah and Sharon. Allison said "The way Josh has acted this week has really freaked me out." Chelsia said "I know." Allison said "Last night Sharon was caught spying on Matt and Natalie." Ryan repeated "I don't want to sit here and lie to you guys. You guys are totally safe if we win HOH next week." Allison said "Just remember Josh in the past few days." Chelsia said "Who would you rather see go, be honest." Allison said "For personal reasons, Alex and Amanda. For strategic reasons, Matt and Natalie."

Chelsia went to the HOH room to let James know what Ryan and Allison were saying. James told Chelsia not to let other people worry her and that it will affect her in the competitions if she feels intimidated by Matt and Natalie. Chelsia said they (she and James) will get nominated no matter what. James said "Then there's no point stressing it."

Ryan went to talk to James who told him "I don't want to game talk." Ryan thanked James for not nominating them and that they would return the favor. James said "Whatever. I appreciate it and if you have to, that's fine. I just don't want to be back doored."

James, Chelsia and Adam are eating in the kitchen when Josh walks by. Adam teases Chelsia about the "Final Four" thing and said "There's your boy," talking about Josh. Chelsia said "That isn't my boy....THAT (pointing to James) is my boy."

James and Chelisa get their camera and start taking photos around the house.

James told Sharon that Allison is playing both sides and has made deals with both Amanda and Matt. Meanwhile, Allison is dying Amanda's hair and Amanda tells her that she is sorry for her actions and it is all in the past. Alex came into the bathroom and sat down on the couch to watch Allison and Amanda. Alex said that Big Brother producers are not happy he is not campaigning. The live feeds get interrupted at the mention of what producers have said privately to him. When the feeds came back on, he was saying how he hopes it will show that he is true to his word. Alex asked if his word meant anything in the game. Allison said "No. It means you are a nice person, but you have poor game." Alex was shocked.

Alex has begun to figure out that Matt has been campaigning and he starts asking around to confirm this. Allison asked Matt if he had a deal with Alex that they would not campaign, but Matt said they only said they would not talk bad about each other.

Big Brother has been calling everyone into the Diary Room, one by one, for their good-bye messages. They call Shelia just as she started to eat her lunch and she was not happy about it.

Allison tries to convince James that Matt and Natalie would not put him and Chelsia on the block if they won HOH. James does not believe her. Josh is pacing because he is getting angry about how the votes are going and he told Sharon earlier that he was about to blow. They continue going back and forth between Allison wanting Alex and Amanda to go and James wanting Matt and Natalie to go. Josh throws his two cents in and says he wants Matt and Natalie to go this week. Allison brought up what Chelsia said about the final four with Josh and Sharon. Allison keeps asking for the guys to let her go get Ryan to talk to them with her, but James keeps telling her to talk to Ryan alone. Josh told Allison that whatever deal Matt made with her, Alex and Amanda will do the same. Allison said that she tried that, but was told "No."

Josh pulled Alex into the storage room to yell at him for not making a deal with Allison. Josh told him to just make the deal, and then they can break their word with her later. A few minutes later, Amanda and Josh both tell Alex that he has to be the one to make the offer to Allison. When Alex left, Josh told Amanda that your word does not matter, only the votes.

Sharon tries to keep Josh calm and he said he will not start a fight, but if one starts, he will be in it. Sharon and Josh go talk to Ryan about them all being on the same page with the vote.

When Sharon and Josh were in the hot tub talking game, Allison joined them and Josh said they were voting to keep Alex and Amanda and even though they will be voted out, they will have their vote in the jury. Allison said that James told her if she does not vote the way he wants, he will make her life very uncomfortable.

Allison joined Ryan in the hammock and complained about Josh. Ryan said "He's scared." Allison said "Josh acts like they protected us last week and we should protect them this week... Jen and Parker would have kicked them off...Sharon's playing both sides." Ryan agrees with her and said that Natalie sees how Sharon is playing the game now too. Allison said "I can't believe James talked to me like that. Threatening me. Matt and Natalie wouldn't give us their word unless they meant it." They talk about how Sharon and Josh need to go and them winning HOH.

Josh said he was "Unleashing the beast" by telling Allison that Matt said he was going to get oral sex from Allison before she left the show last week. He starts things up and Amanda said she is afraid to start another fight, but Chelsia and Sharon tell her she has to save herself. Amanda went to Alex to ask him how to handle the information that Matt has been trash talking Allison behind her back and saying that he was going to get oral sex from her before she left last week.

They all settle down to dinner together, even though the people on slop are not happy about sitting around the table. Natalie said grace and they did the wave twice. They went around the table talking about how much they love the nominated Houseguests. Allison said that she loves Alex and got off on the wrong foot with Amanda. She told Natalie that they broke the mold with her. Josh said "I look forward to having sex with all of you outside the house." James said "As your executioner for the week. I love you all." Amanda and Natalie cry through their "love all of you" speeches. Matt said "I'm glad to get to know everyone. Amanda will make some guy very happy." Alex said to Josh "If I was gay, I'd hang out with ya." He told Sharon she is the mom of the group. Alex compliments Ryan on leaving the pool party and hopes Jen sees that. Alex says he respects Shelia.

After dinner, Josh and Sharon talk about everything and decide to go with the majority and vote to keep Matt and Natalie. They want Natalie to promise she will not put them up if they win HOH. They have done everything they can to sway one vote to keep Alex and Amanda without success. Neither of them are happy about it. Sharon decides to try one more thing. She intends to pull Allison aside and tell her everything that Matt has been saying about her.

Allison confronted Amanda and said that she and Alex not campaigning was stupid. She said that if Amanda had been nicer in the beginning, then maybe she would have voted to keep her.

Josh went to Matt to see if Matt would offer him a deal and all Matt would tell him was that he was not going after them. He said POV and all were too far off for him to offer anything else.

Allison told Chelsia that Amanda implied that Matt was talking trash about her (Allison) behind her back, but Allison said that all of that is in the past. Allison told her not to trust Joshuah and Sharon.

Everyone goes up to the HOH room to fill Alex and Amanda in on the plan to keep them in the game. In the HOH room are Josh, Sharon, James, Chelsia, Amanda and Alex. Amanda said "Allison said that she feels that I am the only one who's talked bad about her in the house." Alex said "And that's why she wants to vote you out?" Josh and Amanda both tell him "Yes." Josh said "Matt came up to me and said it's two to one. Do you want to be the one vote sticking out? I don't want.. I need to be the opposite, not going against. Does that make sense?" Alex said "Yeah." Amanda said "So here's the story. Everyone in this room has known what Matt said about Allison." Alex said "You saying, you want me to blow up?" Amanda said "Do we tell Allison?" Amanda points to James and says "He says, if it gets into an argument, He defends us cause he pulled, Mattie pulled James aside and said 'Yeah I'm gonna get (oral sex)' or whatever." James said "No, I didn't say that. He just said that he's just trying to make good TV by trying to hook up with her, then blast her in the DR room." Amanda said "And what, what has he said to us?" Amanda looked at Alex, threw her hands up in the air and said "That's the only way we're staying. We tell her the truth." Sharon said "She's not going to be sticking to her vote then." Alex asked about Shelia. Josh said "Shelia will turn if Allison turns... Shelia is following Allison's lead." Amanda said "Shelia is following Allison." Sharon said "That's why we're _____ because it would be two to one, and then we're the target next week." Josh said "Yep." Sharon said "That's the only way it's gonna turn." Alex said "Just because I didn't campaign, I _____ myself?" Everyone said "Yes!" Amanda said "Allison said 'Alex has not campaigned one ounce, you guys don't want to stay in this house.'" Sharon said Allison said that to her too, "That's why I kept trying to talk to you. I kept mouthing to you to come talk to me." Sharon and Amanda both tell him that is the excuse they are using. Josh said "And they've been campaigning against you the whole time." Amanda said "They have been."

Alex did not know how going to her with this is going to make a difference. Sharon told him to blow it up bigger and say "He's been saying this stuff and getting your vote." James told him that it is the only way they are going to stay in the game. Amanda told him that they all want to keep them there this week and "Yeah, they might put us on the block next time, but they wanna keep us here this time." They try to figure out how to make it work. Alex says it has to come from him and not Amanda. Amanda says for Alex to go to Allison, but James says "No, " to go to Shelia. Sharon explains that Allison has already said she does not trust either one of them, so it has to go through Shelia. Alex really does not want to believe that Matt has been campaigning, but Sharon insists and swears that they have been campaigning hardcore.

James asks Alex "You know what I'm talking about here. The Ally thing." Alex said "Yeah, he goes into her bed and bashes her in the Diary Room." Alex said he does not know how to approach it. Amanda and Sharon discuss something Allison told both of them, but she told them the same thing, except when she told it to Amanda, it was about Matt and when she told it to Sharon, it was about Alex. Amanda said she did not want to go through Shelia to bring this out in the open. Sharon said you have to get Shelia involved because Shelia stirs things up. They decide to call Shelia up and have James and Alex just talk to her, the rest of them will leave the room.

Alex decides to just bring Allison into the HOH room instead of going through Shelia. He tells her what Matt has been saying about her and how he gets close to her and then goes into the Diary Room and bashes her. They go back and forth. Alex explaining what Matt has been doing and that Matt even lied to him by going around campaigning when they agreed not to. Allison saying that Amanda made the first fourteen days in the house miserable for her.

Ryan has joined the conversation in the HOH room. Alex said he does not know what the next HOH competition is, but he will guarantee to them that if it is between their two couples in the competition, he will lose it so they will have HOH. "I'm not saying that will happen," he says "but I'll let it be." Alex did not want to put a guarantee on the POV if he won that because there are other people in the house to consider, but James said "That's fine. That's fine." Alex said "So, then, fine. If you want me to use it, then I'll use it. If you don't want me to use it, then I won't use it. I'm at your hands next week." Chelsia said "So you're saying you're willing.. You're gonna throw the HOH?" Alex said "I'll throw the HOH if they're in the lead with me. Or if I'm HOH, whatever you guys want, I'll abide by."

Matt went up to the HOH room to confront Alex. He said "I did not speak one word or _____. I won't do that." Allison said "So you never?" Matt said "No, I said how I was gonna flirt with girls in here. That's why I was saying I'm America's player because, as everybody knows, I flirt with every girl in the house. I was like. I'll swing that and make that my character. Not to benefit my votes." Allison said "Okay, so." Ryan said "That brings up the trust issue." Matt said "What do you mean?" Ryan said "Like you.. Like pretty much.. " Matt was saying "That was the first couple of days. I haven't. That's, you know." Allison asked if Matt ever said anything specific about her and a bed and anything ever happening. He said "No, never. Nothing ever happened between you and me." Allison said "I just don't get it." Matt tried to explain what a player is to Allison, but she did not seem to understand.

After everyone leaves the HOH, Adam asked Ryan if anything had changed and Ryan told him "No, it was a personal matter." Allison skipped to the bedroom. Josh and Sharon were in the hot tub talking and Josh said he wants to tear into Allison worse than he did Amanda.

Ryan talks to Amanda and tells her that they are still trying to decide. He tells her how mean they were to Allison and how upset Allison is, which is why he is leaving the biggest part of their decision up to her.

Allison and Shelia go into the storage room to celebrate their votes. Shelia said she is trying to make Amanda believe they are still at odds with one another.

Allison talks to Amanda and rubs salt into her wounds. Then she told Amanda not to even try to win Shelia's vote because Shelia's plan is to keep Amanda thinking they are not getting along, when they are really aligned with one another. Allison tells Amanda how much better she is at this game than everyone else. Allison wants Amanda to promise to evict Josh if Allison lets her stay. Allison tells Amanda that they are currently split on who they are going to vote for and she needs to go talk to Ryan.

Alex and Amanda were sitting on the couch with Ryan and Allison playing chess nearby. Matt and Josh are in the room too. Amanda asked everyone if they thought she and Alex would keep in touch when they left the show. Alex said "We're not gone yet!" Allison said "You still have twelve hours." Alex said "Thanks Ally."

Adam, Matt, Natalie, Amanda, Ryan and Allison stay up late playing chess.
