Behind the Scenes - Big Brother 9 - 3/2/08

When Big Brother wakes the house up at nine-thirty, they have no idea the level of drama about to explode in the house.

As soon as Josh wakes, he tells Sharon how he and Natalie prayed over a glass of water and Blessed the house. Sharon fills Josh in on her conversation with James when James told her that Ryan and Matt have a secret alliance and the vote is going to be tied.

When people begin to congregate in the kitchen, Shelia vents about Allison's antics the previous night in James and Chelsia's bed and word quickly gets to Allison who comes in and confronts Shelia. After things die down, Allison goes up to the HOH room to start in on Shelia again, but Sharon explodes on Allison for calling her a liar in the game. Then Allison and Shelia get into it until Ryan comes up to intervene. The fight lasted all morning, and just before noon, Josh warned everyone that the Veto Meeting was in twenty minutes. Big Brother called Ryan, then Shelia into the Diary Room, most likely to discuss the fight.

Adam and Shelia were placed on the block when Matt and Natalie used to Veto on themselves. Shelia said that at least now she will not have to listen to Allison anymore because she (Allison) no longer has a need for her.

Shelia, Josh, Sharon and Natalie all gather in the backyard to trash talk Allison. Shelia complains about Allison talking down to her. Josh complains that Allison brought his boyfriend and Shelia's son into the conflicts. They talk about how she acts when she is caught in a lie by saying how much she adores whomever and that she would never say that. Natalie said that everything out of her mouth is a lie.

James and Chelsia are in bed and talking about what they are going to do if Matt really does vote for Allison and Ryan to stay. James says they have to break down Natalie and make life difficult for her in the house.

Allison is talking to herself while doing laundry and the stuff she is mumbling are all the snide remarks Josh has been making to her and about her concerning her make-up and her clothes. She keeps repeating the same things over and over again under her breath. She is either working herself into anger, or a nervous breakdown.

Allison came outside to talk to James and Chelsia after cleaning the house. She starts campaigning for their votes. James tells her that he does not know what she has worked out with Matt is actually going to work out for her because he is playing all angles, which is why they wanted him out last week. She tells them that she and Ryan would be willing to do anything. James tells her that they are playing their cards tight and are not going to tell either couple which one they are going with. James tells Allison to "Just enjoy the last few days you have in the house here...Just don't hold whatever happens against us." She tells them she respects the way they have played the game, then they all three get up and move towards the house. James went up to the HOH room and got into bed with Josh and Sharon. Josh told James that he is concerned about Matt because he overheard him tell Adam that they were going to the final two together. James said he thinks Matt owes a lot to Allison. Josh is freaked thinking that Matt may flip on him. James said the worst case scenario is if Allison and Ryan stay in the house this week. Josh jumped out bed horrified and Sharon and James laughed at him. James told him he was joking and that everything was going to be fine.

Allison sits with her feet in the hot tub and talks to Ryan, who is siting on the ground next to her. She fills him in on her conversation with James and Chelsia and how they told her not to trust Matt. She told him that she told them that it was him who had the conversation with Matt. He said "I hope they're not using that as an excuse." She tells him about her promises to them. She tells Ryan to go talk to Matt, then him, Matt and James talk together. Allison asked Ryan if he really trusts Matt and he said he did. She told him that Matt got caught in the HOH room with Josh and Sharon several times. Just before dinner, James went to Allison and Ryan and told them that Matt told them in the HOH room that he was voting to evict them.

After dinner, Allison is begging Ryan to get Matt to tell James that he and Natalie are voting to keep them because James will not vote for them unless Matt does too. Then Allison goes to Natalie to tell her that she has to tell James and Chelsia that they are voting to keep her and Ryan because they will only vote for them if they know she and Matt are voting for them.

Natalie runs up to the HOH room to report this and she talks and talks and talks. Natalie told Josh and Sharon that Allison told her that the only way James and Chelsia will vote for her to stay is if she and Matt vote for her as well. Sharon said "That's why I hide up here and read my Bible." Natalie suggests they talk to James and Chelsia. Josh said "All I need is your vote." Natalie said "So it'd be one-one. Yeah, we're gonna vote them out." Josh said "It would be stupid for y'all to keep them" Natalie said "Yeah, yeah." Natalie said "It's funny because Allison keeps saying 'We saved you.'" Natalie said that James and Chelsia are going to come and talk to her about the vote. Natalie is just disturbed that James and Chelsia have "Been giving her the time of day." Natalie goes on and on and on. She wants to ask James and Chelsia why they are even listening to her. Josh and Sharon think she should not confront James and Chelsia and see if they really do come talk to her and if they do to say "What are you talking about?" to make it look like Allison is lying more. At seven-thirty in the evening, James is taking a nap and Allison lays down on the bedroom couch to take a nap as well. Chelsia comes in and joins James. Shelia is doing her nails and Josh is in the HOH bathroom taking a bubble bath. An hour later, Big Brother gives them alcohol and it would have been party time if the drama did not start.

Apparently, the alcohol ran out and Natalie did not get any. Chelsia joked that it was because Natalie was a lightweight, but Natalie took it personally and stormed out of the room. Matt and James get into an argument in defense of their partners. Matt thinks that James plans to break down Natalie emotionally and he threatens to knock James out if he does. James told him that would be great, as it would kick Matt out of the game.

Natalie goes into the sauna with a cola to be alone.

James tells Matt that he is angry because Natalie asked Chelsia who they were voting for because Allison had told her they were voting to keep her. And that Natalie told Josh this and now Josh is freaked out. James said he refuses to tell anyone what his vote is going to be and that last week Matt went around making deals, so why should they have to tell their vote. Shelia spoke up for Natalie, saying that Natalie was upset when there was no beer or wine left because she was already upset thinking that James and Chelsia were backing out of their deal to get rid of Allison.

Matt asked Shelia to go calm Natalie down. Matt apologized to James, saying he would never hit him.

Allison tries to convince Chelsia again, that Matt is voting to keep her and Chelsia said she was done with that whole subject for the night.

Shelia is telling Natalie to be strong. They are in the sauna. When Shelia leaves Natalie, Allison comes in and starts working her. Telling her that Chelsia was wrong about the whole beer thing and then asked her to go up to the HOH room and try to make a deal with Josh for her and Ryan to stay.

Chelsia is up in the HOH room telling Josh that she and James are worried that the vote is going to be one-one and nobody will believe anybody about who voted which way.

For the rest of the night, all they do is talk about random things, play chess and shoot pool. The funniest thing that happened was when all four guys were together (Matt, Adam, Ryan and James). At two-thirty in the morning. They planned "Operation Make it Rain," where, while the girls are all out sunbathing, they will gather all their clothes and throw them from the HOH railing, mixing them all together. Then they will call them inside saying "Big Brother has a surprise for you!" They talk about hiding all the bras, decorating the tree with panties, and other little boy pranks. The guys finally join the women in bed a half hour later.
