When in the Course of Human Events, it Becomes Necessary
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Once again, it becomes necessary. That, actually, is an understatement - a nearly politically correct generalization glossed from a gamut of reality feeds ranging from the State of the Union address to The National Enquirer.
America, as a nation, as a people, is entrapped, entangled, and embroiled in a hodgepodge of challenges, problems, and threats. Union, justice, domestic tranquility, defense, general welfare, and liberty all are being called into question as this Nation advances into the 3rd Millennium.
Stark, broad daylight questions of globalization, immigration, nuclear proliferation, global warming and environmental collapse, federal deficit, trade imbalances, Social Security, public education, college education, employment, tax codes and systems, economic disparity, poverty, aging population, Medicare, Medicaid, health care, prescription drugs, et al. escalate in complexity and urgency.
Shadow questions of drugs, alcohol, abuse, violence, family, values, beliefs, ad nauseam escalate and spread. And increasingly, they are coming out of the shadows...
Some say the future isn't what it used to be. I say it is imperative we reclaim our future and make it as we would have it.
The revolution starts with you, your business, your family, your community. You can direct and guide, shape and nurture, what happens here, now - into the future.
Communicate and connect. You can be in charge. You can have a voice and a hand in what happens. And you must - our collective future depends on it.
Believe nationally. Work with your Senators and Representatives. Ask questions. Stay informed. Share your expertise, opinions, feelings. Help them help America help Florida. And if they can't, don't, or won't? Exercise the American freedom you have to replace them with someone who can and will.
These truths are, still, self-evident for citizens of the United States of America: that all men and women are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. Actively, ardently exercise your liberty to pursue and realize your individual happiness in your life.
Once again, it becomes necessary...

Dubai and Neil Bush; Cheney; Kellogg, Root & Brown; Viet Nam war profits; Bill Clinton; Hillary would make a great President? I stopped by to read your article at your request via a comment. Lord help me if I have to be on this planet for yet another 20 years! I have been thinking globally and acting locally for many years and leave it to the young to undo the mess the old have made of the planet. It seems most my age have closed minds and closed hearts, ya see.
Was it Patrick Henry who said: Give me liberty or give me death? I stopped thinking I could influence our elected reps about the time I got a very nice letter back promising me the guy was working very hard (to outlaw) on the very issue I wrote to ask him not (to outlaw)to vote yes to. Hopefully people like the AC CP that left a comment that he will shoot to kill the another CP, simply because the CP's article had told some truths about our current tyranny. People like that give me little hope for the future. Hitler too had loyal followers.
