Bella Cucina Panini Press: Product Review

Jack Oceano
If you are tired of the same old, cold sandwiches, what your kitchen needs is a panini press. Panini are sandwiches made from small loaves of bread and filled with your favorite ingredients, including meats, cheeses, and vegetables. The best panini are served hot, and that is where your panini press comes in to play. The Bella Cucina Panini Press is relatively inexpensive and simple to use. Here is a product review of the Bella Cucina Panini Press.

The Bella Cucina Panini Press is an attractive kitchen appliance that quickly and easily turns ordinary sandwiches into hot and delicious gourmet creations. It weighs just a few pounds and can be quickly cleaned and packed away, but it is also aesthetically pleasing enough to leave on any kitchen counter. It's silver with a rubber red handle and is compact enough to fit in just about any open corner.

The Bella Cucina Panini Press is so easy to use, you will wonder why it comes with an instruction manual. Simply plug it in, and wait for the red light to turn green. When it does, lift the lid and set your panini creation on the grill, close the lid, and wait a few minutes while it cooks. When it is ready, you will have yourself a warm and toasty panini that will make you wonder why you ever ate sandwiches cold.

The possibilities are endless, as you can experiment with any number of combinations of meats and cheeses and vegetables to create the perfect panini. Or you can focus on old favorites like chicken parm panini, French dip panini, grilled cheese panini, ham and cheese panini, and dozens of others. The Bella Cucina Panini Press comes with a number of exclusive Bella Cucina Artful Food recipes.

You can purchase a Bella Cucina Panini Press from Target for approximately $40 online. To put the cost in perspective, I was recently at a gourmet sandwich shop in Orlando, which uses the Bella Cucina Panini Press to make its panini. And the cost of a single, simple panini at the shop was around ten dollars. The Bella Cucina Panini Press therefore pays for itself after just a handful of uses.

Before the Bella Cucina Panini Press, just about the only kitchen appliances I had any skills in using were the toaster and the microwave. But this instrument is so easy to use and easy to clean that I can enjoy a hot panini for lunch or dinner any and every day of the week. That means no more cold bologna sandwiches and leftover pizza. And considering my impatience when it comes to cooking and cleaning, that means a lot.

This panini grill is absolutely terrible and doesn't even get hot enough to grill sandwiches. A truly awful Chinese product that is as ugly as it is disposable.

Don't buy this grill. Mine broke just after the warranty expired. This is a poor quality product.

Sounds good, but it is much different than the George Foreman grill? In other words, can I get the same effect without spending $40? A warm sandwich beats a cold one, that's for sure!

I'll have to add this to my kitchen gadget wish list. Don't forget about delicious dessert paninis. Yum.
