Bella Swan Makeup Application

Faye Morgan
Isabella Swan is the female lead character in the Twilight saga by Stephanie Harris. There are four books in all and so far there are three movies out. They are making the fourth book into two movies and the first f them is set to come out in about a year, can't wait. The third movie is called Eclipse and it is the Bella look we are going for here. Bella Swan doesn't wear a great deal of makeup, so this one will be light and you should have a light or medium skin tone to pull this off. Below you will find a list of supplies that you will need for this makeup application and a step by step guide to achieving Bella's look from the movie Eclipse.

You will need:

Moisturizer
Foundation
Shimmer Powder, Optional
Brow Brush
Medium Pink Lip Gloss
Eye Lash Curler
Dark Brown Mascara
Light Brown Eye Shadow

Moisturize your face well and let it set and absorb. After a few minutes dab off any excess moisturizer with a tissue.

Apply a light and thin layer of foundation. If you have pale skin make it a half shade darker then your skin tone and if you have a medium complexion make the foundation half of a shade lighter then your skin. Blend this in very well. Make sure there are no blue tones in your foundation. We are going for a pale look here, not a dead one, not yet anyway.

Optional: If you are using this makeup application for going out at night adding a very light dusting of shimmer powder to your cheeks and temples would be appropriate. Do not go over board with this. Bella Swan doesn't wear anything too shimmery.

Brush your eye brows out and back straight. She wore her eye brows about medium thickness.

Apply a light brown powder eye shadow to your eyelids from your lash line to the crease of your eye. Also apply a thin line of light brown eye shadow to your lower lash line. Blend this in very well and make sure it covers from corner to corner.

Curl your eye lashes and apply one light coat of dark brown mascara.

Apply a thin coat of non shimmery lip gloss or tinted lip balm to your lips. Bella doesn't wear a lot on her lips and nothing shimmery.
