There are so many great sayings out there in the world today: "All that and a bag of chips. The greatest thing since sliced bread. Everything but the kitchen sink. Don't count your chickens until their hatched."

It seems as if most of them have something to do with the kitchen. Even that last one supposing that we keep eggs and chicken breast in the kitchen. It is possible that that is why the new flavor from Ben and Jerry is so appropriately kept in the freezer. Ben and Jerry's Everything But The . . . is a mix of all the fantastic flavors that you would keep in your freezer separately only now you do not have to!

Ben and Jerry's Everything But The . . . is chocolate ice cream, vanilla ice cream, Heath bar chunks, white chocolate chunks, peanut butter cups and chocolate covered almonds. This fantastic pint of decadence is made with cream, skim milk, liquid sugar, cocoa, peanuts, coconut oil, almonds, chocolate liqueur, cocoa butter, milk, vanilla extract and vanilla powder.

There are 300 calories in this pint of Ben and Jerry's Everything But The . . . with 170 calories from fat. You really need to plan your day around this pint of goodness so that it does not undue all your hard work. There are 19g of total fat in a serving at 29% of your daily recommended daily value and 12g of saturated fat at 58% of your daily recommended value.
