Ben & Jerry's Light Phish Food Ice Cream, Creates Satifaction for Sweet Tooth

I was at my local supermarket and was looking in the ice cream freezer section and found one I had not tried yet. This ice cream caught my eye because it was made by Ben & Jerry's and it was a lighter version. This ice cream is called Phish Food. I quickly scanned the contents and purchased the ice cream.

A few days later when that sweet tooth of mine started craving something sweet, I remembered I had bought the ice cream. I grabbed it out of the freezer and gave it a try. The first thing you'll find with this ice cream is it's thickness as well as chocolate taste. The ice cream is loaded down with all different types of goodies inside.

This ice cream comes with Gooey marshmallow and big chunks of chocolate pieces as well as caramel swirled inside the chocolate and fudge. All I could think was wow, once I bit into this bowl of heaven.

This ice cream reminds me of a melted version of s'mores. It comes in a pretty light colored blue container and has light wrote across it. How light is it, you might ask? Well I purchased the one pint size and for a serving size which is half a cup you will get 210 calories.

With this ice cream you also will receive six grams of total fat as well as 90 milligrams of sodium. There is absolutely no trans fats inside this amazingly tasting ice cream and only 25 milligrams of cholesterol found.

You will grab 37 grams of carbohydrates with this ice cream as well as 23 grams of sugar. There is also 4 grams of protein with this ice cream and I must admit, this is one of my favorite ice creams by Ben & Jerry's now.

With 25% less fewer calories than their other premium ice creams why would you want to try the other?
