According to CNN, the alleged assault was reported by a 20-year-old woman who went to police immediately after the incident reportedly took place. The alleged sexual assault is said to have happened at Capital City in Milledgeville, Georgia according to a statement that Deputy Police Chief Richard Malone gave to the CNN reporters. It is definitely more bad news for Ben Roethlisberger, who has been accused of something very similar to this in the past as well.

There are going to be quite a few assumptions about what took place early in the morning on Friday, beginning with people assuming that Ben Roethlisberger put himself in another compromising position. Just last year Ben Roethlisberger went through a civil complaint at the Harrah's Lake Tahoe where an executive casino host accused him of a sexual assault as well.
