It was recently reported that it's now possible to get Internet access on Mount Everest. This has many people wondering why anyone would need Internet access on Mount Everest. Well, there are lots of reasons that Internet access on Mount Everest could be useful, or even fun. If you are wondering what the benefits of having Internet access on Mount Everest might be, consider the following.

With all of the added benefits that arise from having Internet access on Mount Everest, it's no wonder that many extreme climbers are likely thrilled to know they can be connected during an expedition on the highest mountain in the world. It would seem that Internet access on Mount Everest also has the potential to save lives.
