Magnesium
Who doesn't have sore muscles? This is a by product of the sitting and doing nothing that we do so much. Our bodies were not meant to stay so sedate all the time. They were meant to move and live. Then when we break, or we become injured in some way, our body never goes back to the way to was. Why? Because we always see that ti was broken, so therefore it will stay that way. But these aches and pains are bothersome, especially if we have been very active in our lives. the muscles and joints don't slide and groove as they once did, and there are now nerves exposed. Those exposed nervous make the pain even worse, to the point of unbearable. Any doctor int he world will give you a muscle relaxer to stop all this pain. When you take it, it will send you loopy for a while and you will come out groggy with the same pain. Magnesium however, is a muscle relaxer. 1000 mg of these, and the muscles loose their memory of what the y were doing and completely detract to the level of pain. Magnesium, a metal that was thought to be radioactive and now it is helping us.
Zinc
We all know we need to take our vitamins on a daily basis. These vitamins help us work, move, act, etc. If it wasn't for the vitamins we wouldn't be doing anything that we can and are able to do. However, as it was designed, we are given most of our vitamins and nutrients in the meals we eat. This is fine and dandy if you are one of those people who get all of their daily allowance in their food. These people are so few and far between we won't speak of them. But what if there was a way to make you're vitamins and your immune system do more? What if there was magic medicine that could push your entire body to do more with its nutrients and cells than they ever thought possible? Yes, I know that's what preventative cold remedies do. But thats also what zinc does for you. Two tablets of 50 mg of Zinc, and it boots your entire body by three. Take vitamins and use this stuff - you have a powerhouse inside your body that can't be stopped. Getting sick, running down, it is possible to almost have these things disappear with the right vitamin regiment and Zinc. So the next time you're at a drug store looking for a remedy, look to the earth. That's the stuff that's under the tile you're standing on.
