Benefits of Owning a Steam Washer

Steam has been around for quite a while for cleaning. We all have heard of steam cleaning your carpets and when you take your clothes to the dry cleaners, they also use steam. They also started selling those hand held steamers on infomercials for your clothes. We now have a choice to buy steam washers, which I think is great!

There are many benefits to using steam washers. Steam compliments water and your clothes come out so soft and with no wrinkles; you have to love that! Less time ironing, who wouldn't want that? Steam washers have a pre soak phase, which use steam with water and clothes soak more thoroughly. During the main cycle of washing with the steam washer, you can use steam. The steam mixes with the detergent and gets the tub hot so that the clothes and stains come out really well. There is also a post wash phase, which you can add steam to and it sterilizes your clothes. Also the steam washer in the post wash phase can take out wrinkles from the clothes being tossed around in the wash cycle. Some steam washers have a steam only cycle, which is gentle enough to do some of your dry cleaning only clothes.

I think that all of these are great benefits for steam washers. I recommend the LG models. I have an LG model steam washer and I just love it! I have 5 children from the ages of three up to thirteen and the steam washer gets some of the most impossible stains out. I use my steam washer many times during the day and I would never go back to the original washers ever. Also, the steam washer has been great for allergies that some of us have. Also, when our kids get sick and throw up on their clothes or some other mishaps that happen, the steam washer is great at disinfecting.

You can save a lot of money if you are thinking about buying a steam washer. They use a lot less energy than regular washers. They also use a lot less water, which will definitely lower your bills. I know that my bills have been lower since using my steam washer. If you are thinking about going out and buying a steam washer for yourself, I would highly recommend it. Like I said before, I love my steam washer and I know that you will love yours when you decide to make the leap and buy one for yourself!
