Benefits of Sea Water

As the world seems to get smaller the amount of information that all of us are dealing with is increasing exponentially. So called medical discoveries are coming out everyday that tout the use of a new chemical substances that promise to treat many of our woes.

But few offer the promise of health or even piece of mind when the contraindications far out weight the therapeutic value of a FDA approved drug. Compound that with a multi-billion dollar misinformation campaign by drug companies and you have what can be called a compromised state of awareness by a large majority of people.

Many of us are becoming increasing aware that there has to be a better way than paying the pharmacy hundreds of dollars a month for drugs that mask our symptoms and create more problems in the long run. Many years ago I realized that minerals are the building blocks of the universe, and that most of the soil in the USA has very little mineral content. Mostly from over farming and the use of chemicals and pesticides, the land has had most of it minerals leached from it.

So where can we get minerals that our bodies can use if the food we are eating has very little mineral content? Maybe we should ask where in the world are there minerals available that are in similar concentrations as our bodies? Look to the ocean. Yes the ocean is similar in concentration and mineral content as your body.

Yes we have always been told that we should not ingest sea water in large quantities for several very medical sounding reasons. We happen to know a man who drinks a liter of sea water a day for years. I would say that is to much for me but this man doesn't think so! He is very healthy and says drinking pure sea water gives him energy. We grow sprouts with diluted sea water and wheat grass. We also feed diluted sea water to our fruit trees. The fruit that comes from the trees we feed sea water is by far the sweetest best tasting fruit I have ever had any where in the world. We feel the reason is because there are so many minerals in the sea water that the tree has the building blocks it need to produce the most nutritious fruit possible.

Many years ago we use crushed coral to add minerals to our soil. This also made the plants grow more fruit and produce a sweeter fruit or vegetable. But it took months for the coral to break down. When you use sea water to feed your plants or you drink it in small the minerals are readily available. To me the real benefits of sea water are yet to be discovered.
