Beneful Snackin Slices

My dogs recently were indulged with a wonderful treat made by the Purina company, Beneful Snackin Slices. In this review I will focus on this product in an effort to help other consumers with pets make an informed buying decision when shopping for a nutritious and delicious treat for their four legged friend.

I did not hesitate to purchase this dog treat because I am familiar with the Beneful name of dog food. My dogs have eaten Purina's Beneful original dog food before and they really seemed to enjoy the food. The Beneful Snackin Slices were cute and I thought my dogs would enjoy a different treat from their normal snacks. I know I get bored when I eat the same treats and snacks so variety must be appealing to dogs, as it is humans.

The Purina Beneful Snackin Slices were slightly expensive, I paid around $5 per bag of crunchy treats with chewy insides. These treats are made in the shapes of peas, apples and carrots. Each treat contains 24% crude protein and 5% crude fat, the treats are made with ingredients such as chicken by product, yellow corn, sugar, dried carrots, dried apples, peas, cheese powder and peanut butter among other ingredients.

I think these treats are the ideal size for my medium and large breed dogs, they really like the Beneful Snackin Slice treats made by Purina, and I like indulging them with this treat that is made by a company I trust.

While I cannot always afford to purchase this brand of treats because of the expensive price, I will definitely purchase them anytime I find them on sale or if I have a coupon good for the Purina Beneful Snackin Slice line of treats. I would be happy to recommend this brand of treats and dog food to any other pet owner who is seeking a nutritious and delicious treat or dog food that is affordable and effective as well as healthy.

If you have not purchased Purina's Beneful Snackin Slices for your four legged friend, I would encourage you to try this dog treat out. Your dog will like these treats, and you will like giving the treats as much as the dog likes eating them. If your dog is anything like mine, this treat will be such a hit that you will be able to coax your dog into doing a variety of tricks to get another Snackin Slice!

My dog absolutely loves these snacks, especially the green and orange ones. And yess, occasionally turns her stool green. kind of like when I first fed my baby daughter peas and red beets for the first time. The red beets turned her stool red and I was so scared I took her to the doctors right away! Felt so foolish afterwards. I digress, these snacks seem to be my dogs favorites, like i said, especially the green and orange ones. She'll sniff and walk away from the red ones.

Beneful Snackin Slices, I tried this product, my puppy loved them, but when I fed the green one to him, it turned his stool a bright GREEN, I threw the rest in the trash.
