Berg V Obama
Pennsylvania Court Case No. 08-cv-04083
There are many ways to learn of it. A simple Google of Berg v Obama will abound with results from around the internet.
The case number is No.08-cv-04083.
There are several arguments I find compelling. Equally compelling is the ease which Mr. Obama can put an end to this speculation regarding his true citizenship.
All the suit requests for dismissal is for Mr. Obama to provide the following documents in a timely fashion (before the election takes place):
"A Genuine certified copy of his original long version "vault" birth certificate
A Certificate of Citizenship
A Certified copy of his Oath of Allegiance[1]"
These three documents will end this case and once and for all put to rest claims of citizenship against Mr. Obama.
Now the kicker, instead of readily providing these documents, Mr. Obama and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) have instead tried to squash the case, requested dismissal, and not addressed the claims.
I find this appalling. If Mr. Obama wants to prove that his presidency (if elected) won't be more of the "same old politics" why not complete this?
The only logical answer is possibly the claims made in this lawsuit may have substance to them?
Did he travel on an Indonesian passport in 1981? If so, he is not a native citizen and is instead, at best, a naturalized citizen then he is unable to seek the office of president.
Was he born in Hawaii, which no hospital appears to have a record of, or was he born in Kenya as his family there claims and which may be substantiated by birth records of a Kenyan hospital?
Did he register to attend college as a Kenyan citizen? Why has he refused to provide these records if he is legal in this country and legally eligible to run for the office of president?
Again, could it be that the charges may be true?
Obama also has used alternate names (aka). There are records that appear to refer to Obama as Barry Soetoro, Barry Dunham, Barry Obama, etc. Yet when Mr. Obama applied for the Illinois Bar, in the block where it asks for aliases used, Mr. Obama seems to have written "NONE."
The bigger question, in the media's hopes to have their candidate elected, are they failing to report this in hopes it will not reach the light of day?
They have been quick to point out Hilary Clinton's gaffs and missteps along the campaign trail. Equally quick to point out McCain and Palin's as well. Yet they are remaining mum about the chance a foreign national that may hold up to two citizenships in other countries (Kenya and Indonesia which make him ineligible for the presidency, even IF he was a U.S. citizen) is seeking the highest office of our country. Why?
In addition, it is possible Mr. Obama is already being briefed on secrets of this nation, secrets a naturalized citizen would not have access to, and secrets that should be withheld until the proof needed to put to rest this issue once and for all are answered to the satisfaction of the judicial system and every American in this country. Why wouldn't he want to end this speculation for good?
If Mr. Obama does get elected and is later found that he was not eligible to seek the office, it will be a very bleak day for our Constitution and our country.
I do not know if he is or is not legally seeking the office. However, IF it is determined Mr. Obama is NOT a legal candidate, then I believe the law should continue to the fullest extent to prosecute the blatant disregard for our laws and for our Constitution.
Do not blindly believe my words here. Do your own search engine search for Berg v Obama. Read what is written, decide for yourself. But decide if this case should be heard before proper legal authorities BEFORE the election a mere few weeks from now.
Will it disrupt the election process? Undoubtedly, but electing someone who should not be in the office to begin with could be even more devastating.... In this case our nation's security is truly at risk at the highest levels.

Post a CommentThe issue is NOT whether Obama is a citizen, of course he is. The issue is whether or not he's a "natural born citizen" eligible to be President. One court case says no because he was born in Kenya. One court case says no because no matter where he was born, he was a dual citizen at birth due to his father being Kenyan. I think the Leo Donofrio case has legs. Watch this one.
I can't believe that we have elected a man who hasn't proven, yet, that he is a "natural born citizen." As mentioned more than one time, all he has to do is provide his original birth certificate, and we will all move on. Anyone would and could do this. He OBVIOUSLY has something to hide.
Why would he cloud it by refusing to end this speculation if he holds the answers he claims to? The only logical conclusion must be that at least some part of the rumors are true.
I do not ask him to post copies on the internet, nor to every reporter. Simply select one or more trustworthy individuals who will report impartially (if fake say fake - if real and verified say so) and end the speculation, otherwise I cannot, in good conscious vote for someone who is hiding something.

It shows how you can prove to yourself the birth certificate is FAKE. All of the text is added to the image. Even if it is just writing in the info from his original, the document itself is not a true COPY of his birth certificate.
I am not a "crackpot" for wanting a candidate for the most powerful office in this nation to prove he is not lying and that he is eligible. Each time McCain refuses to provide something, the media piles on him until he gives it. They have neglected to provide the same treatment of their "chosen one."

Are you kidding?!? J. Berg is a Democratic lawer, has been for 30 years, not a crackpot. Hoops? It would take me and 90% of Americans less than a day to produce a birth certificate, with no hoops involved! Use an image program and zoom in on the document to the pixel level.
While the background is slightly different between the two, in the original certicate, the green background can be seen THROUGH the letters and there isn't pixelized distortions around each section of text. There are some stray pixels, but they are attributable to spots on the document, not added through computer later.

McCain laid his records out for viewing, he resolved his citizenship BEYOND A DOUBT, Obama, much like his health record one-page letter from a doctor "claiming excellent health" without releasing the record itself, has NOT released documents for viewing. Another case of double standards and one-sided media coverage in this election. I just want him to provide documents to someone trusted by the public to report accurately if he has the certified docs to prove his claim. If Illinois elected him without ensuring he was legal, that is their worry.
I doubt teachers/etc have access to college applications. Those who may know the truth may not be alive today, or may not realize the knowledge they hold. NO he has NOT! He has only provided the questionable document on the internet site of his. That his questionable at best as to its authenticity. NOBODY has claimed to see the original that I have been able to find. IF he had, this would have gone away like McCain's did when he DID provide his records.
