Bernie Mac's Funeral Arrangements
On Saturday, those whose lives he touched through personal relationships, friendship, laughter, work, or in any other way, are welcomed to the public funeral service to be held at the House of Hope Church. It is located at 752 E 114th St. in Chicago, his native town. The church has the capacity to hold 10,000 people.
The many celebrities who have worked with him and had friendship with him all had great things to say about this man. Chris Rock, Brad Pitt, and George Clooney are among the cast of stars who praised Mac for his dedication to family and to his acting.
He left behind a wife of 32 years, Rhonda; a daughter Je'Niece who is 30, and a one year old granddaughter Jasmine. His family was his greatest pride, and man anyone can see that for his 32 years of dedication to them.
The full detail of the funeral is forthcoming. His family is still so distressed and in shock, as they had expected this to have been just another trip to the hospital. Never did they, nor any of his friends, co-stars, nor did his adoring fans, expect this sad news. He was a man full of life and laughter, seeing opportunities to poke fun at every situation good or bad. Adieu to the Mac, Adieu!

we would lik to send our love to the family / freinds and to everyone across the wourld. bernie we will truly miss you. our family is still in shock of what has happened. we never got a chance to sit down with him and chat but bernie was one who you could feel the love from.
that love of life good or bad it's so sad to loose such a man of his character. he mad you laugh and kept it how it really was with every day life. it was like he was inside your home. our hearts and prayers goes out to mrs. mack and lovely daughter.

I would like to offer The Mac Family my prayers and condolonces at this most difficult time. To me Bernie Mac was the greatest of all time in comedy because he was truthful and real. His performances are legendary and he will never be forgotten. He has inspired me to be as real and truthful as it gets when it comes to life and I want to thank him for that.
