Setting and writing down weight lifting goals is a great way to occupy your mind and have the feeling of accomplishment. Every day that you lift weights or diet you will be one step closer to a long term goal. The best part about body building is that it allows you to be creative with your diets and your routines which is a must for people that suffer from ADD/ADHD.
