Chambers Kitchen
Neighborhood: Downtown
Minneapolis, MN 55403
United States of America
Chambers Kitchen is very unique and modern restaurant in Minneapolis. If you plan on being in the Minneapolis area in the near future, I definitely recommend that you plan on visiting Chambers Kitchen while you are there. Chambers Kitchen is one of Minneapolis' best restaurants and it offers some of the most creative dishes that you will ever eat.

Location and Hours
Chambers Kitchen is located in the Chambers Hotel at 901 Hennepin Avenue in Downtown Minneapolis. This restaurant is situated near many local shops, hotels, banks, and bars. Minneapolis has a lot to offer and Chambers Kitchen is near a lot of the attractions. Chambers Kitchen is open Sunday through Thursday from 6:30am-10pm; and it is open Friday and Saturday 6:30am-11pm. Chambers Kitchen is not open on Sundays.

Specialties
Chambers Kitchen in Minneapolis has wide array of entrees on its menu, which will please any guest. This restaurant has several specialty dishes including their bacon-wrapped shrimp, salmon with mushrooms and rhubarb, Duck a la Orange, heirloom tomatoes and home-made mozzarella. Each dish comes with either fresh vegetables, or rice, among other side dishes. This restaurant does not only one specific type of food but they offer numerous types such as American-Asian cuisine, steaks, seafood, fish, and chicken, among others. Chambers Kitchen has some of the best dessert items in the Minneapolis area; these desserts include banana cake, passion fruit sorbet, and blueberry crumble with sweet-corn ice cream. They do not offer many dishes for vegetarians. They do not have any salads available, so vegetarians are left ordering vegetables and rice. They also offer a wide array of alcoholic beverages; Chambers Kitchen has numerous types of beer, martinis, among other alcoholic beverages, such as one of their specialty drinks, the Ginger Margarita.

Prices and Dress
Chambers Kitchen in Minneapolis offers reasonable priced entrees on its menu. The prices of entrees range from 15-30 dollars per entrée. The price of an entrée definitely depends on what type of food you order; whether you pick roasted chicken, duck, seafood, etc. prices will vary. The portions of each entrée are quite average compared to other restaurants in the Minneapolis area. So, it is quite possible for two people to share one meal, especially if they order an appetizer and drinks to go along with their meal. Anyone expecting to have lunch and/or dinner at this Minneapolis restaurant should be aware that they have a somewhat semi-formal dress code, so guests should be prepared to wear khakis or suit pants paired with a polo or dress shirt.

Chambers Kitchen has a rather romantic and sophisticated atmosphere.

Chambers Kitchen is located in a great area in the theater-district with theater goers often frequenting the restaurant; it is also perfect dining for hotel guests. Reservations are recommended when wanting to dine at Chambers Kitchen, especially during the weekends; reservations can be made by calling (612)767-6978. This restaurant is more suitable for adults; it is not very kid-friendly. It is a quiet and relaxed restaurant; kids are welcome, but they should be well-behaved. I would definitely recommend this restaurant more for couples, and groups of friends looking to have a nice night out on the town. Chambers Kitchen is even perfect for a couple or group looking to have an appetizer and a few drinks. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone that is wanting to host a big event and/or party, because is not a whole lot of space, but it is perfect for a small gathering. This restaurant is easy to find, and has easy parking, since they have valet parking available, which alleviates the stress of finding a parking spot.

Chambers Kitchen is a very sleek and modern restaurant that is definitely worthy of a visit. This is definitely not your ordinary restaurant, and I mean that in a good way. They have creative entrees, desserts, and drinks that can not be found elsewhere in the Minneapolis area. Couples and groups can expect great food prepared by notable and distinguished chefs. So if you are looking for a great night out on the town in Minneapolis, you should visit Chambers Kitchen and have one of their delicious entrees, desserts, appetizers, or cocktails.
