Anyway, he calls me and tells me he can look at the truck and see what they could do. I imminently jumped at the opportunity to do business with this company that provides excellent service. I took my truck down the next day so they could take a look at it. I promptly got a call to tell me what the problem was and how they could fix it. They quoted me a price that was very competitive so I had them do the work. They called me the next day and let me know the truck was done, the total invoice was exactly what they quoted me and I was on my way.
I have sense switched all my auto repairs to Pickering's Auto and have not been disappointed yet. They are so down to earth and honest, something you don't find every day especially in the auto repair industry. They do a thorough check of my truck every time I take it in and they let me know what I can expect in the near future. I even have them change my oil now, it's a little more expensive than the Texaco Express Lube I used to go but trust me, the extra $7.00 is well worth it to me.
The simple fact that the owner went out of his way to help "little old me" was a huge selling point for me. And don't be confused he didn't just respond to my e-mail, he was the one that helped me through the whole process, he even arranged a way for my wife to pick up the truck because I was at work. They are fair and do great work. I challenge anyone to find a better auto repair shop in the Denver Metro area and write about it, please don't forget to tell me if you have some others in mind. For those of you looking for a new place, you have got to try these guys, you won't be disappointed.
