Best Bed & Breakfasts in New York

A Guide for Tourists Visiting NYC

If you'll be taking a vacation in NYC in the near future, or if you just want a change of scenery from your New York house or apartment, you might want to check out the Bed & Breakfasts that the Big Apple has to offer. Bed & Breakfasts provide you with all the comforts of a hotel room, plus luxuries like breakfast in bed, more space, bigger rooms, separate kitchens, and sometimes your own little cottage or house.

The Wyman House, for example, is located at 76th and Riverside in NYC, and is one of the most popular Bed & Breakfasts in New York. Enjoy amenities such as board games, Internet connections, cable television and a breakfast basket in one of the most historically significant lodgings in the city. The Wyman House was built in 1886, and has maintained its Italianate architecture over several generations of ownership.

Offering three different room variations, the Mont Morris is another one of New York's favorite Bed & Breakfasts. Conveniently located in the Mount Morris Historical District, this lavish B&B puts guests right in the thick of NYC, but provides a comforting buffer from the hustle and bustle of Midtown. Wooden floors, colorful accents, original fixtures and crown molding give the Mont Morris a homey atmosphere with a hint of luxury.

Or, if you're looking for something more centrally located, check out Stay the Night B&B, which is a Bed & Breakfast located just minutes from Central Park. Located in the upscale Carnegie Hill Neighborhood, this enormous Brownstone offers luxurious amenities like en-suite Jacuzzis, queen-sized beds, modern kitchens and skylights.
