Yogadownloads

20-minute yoga practice sessions are available for free on I-tunes or on the website. A guide to the positions is available on the website and the instructors are calm and clear sounding. In addition to the 20-minute podcast, longer podcasts are available on the website for a fee. Actually, if you want to listen to any podcasts from the website, you will need to register as a member. With free membership, you can download the free 20-minute podcasts but will still need to pay from $2.95 to $5.95 for longer podcasts. With paid membership, each month you can download up to 6 podcasts or unlimited podcasts depending on your membership plan. These paid podcasts are only available at the website.
