Special K cereal is one of those cereals that people just kinda skip out on while grocery shopping or change the channel when the commercial comes on, but it's honestly one of the best diet cereals out there. There is only about a hundred and twenty calories in a bowl, and if you follow the directions and replace the cereal with two of your meals through out the day, within a couple of weeks you'll be able to notice a difference. Not only is it good for you but it comes out with lots of variety's of flavors to choose from. The best one out there is the Fruit and Yogurt brand, because you have a mix of sweet within it so it doesn't taste so bland and there is no need to add sugar.
They also have granola bars for snacks if your one of those people that has to pull out a bag of chips or crackers when your watching television or on a break at lunch. Now you can replace that bag of Doritos with a small and healthy granola bar which helps keep you satisfied until your next meal.
Grape Nuts isn't a crowd favorite especially with younger people, but there are different things that you can do to add to the cereal so they don't taste like bird food. Adding splenda sugar to it will make it really sweet and actually great tasting. And it's also a sugarless sugar so it's healthier then adding just regular sugar. You can also add your favorite fruit to the cereal. If you don't like bananas in your cereal, rasberries is a great add on to Grape Nuts. It's one of the healthiest cereals out there and great if your trying to diet.
Lean Pockets are great if you don't have time in the morning to make scrameled eggs and bacon for a healthy start. They only take two minutes to make and they have a delcious outter crust and in the filling they have eggs, cheese and bacon. They are healthier and less fattening than Hot Pockets, plus all of the great taste .
Hard Boiled Eggs are not only healthy for you, but their great if your trying to lose weight. And if you don't like the yolk in the middle, than that just makes it all the much better. You could just eat the white outer part and it would still be great for you.
And when no matter what your making or eating, make sure to use reduced fat milk with it. It's healthier than fat free milk and it's awesome to get slimmer.
