Best Cheap Eye Makeup Guide

Esper_D
There are several affordable makeup brands out there that have a line of eye makeup products available. Some are more reputable than others and come at a great price. Here are a few of the best ones currently out there.

e.l.f.'s Waterproof Eyeliner:

I love most of e.l.f.'s products because they are only $1 and really deliver the same beauty promises as more expensive products. I recently ordered their eyeliner pen and am quite pleased with it. In fact, I have ordered more, in various colors. You can find this product in black, blue and even brown and some others. The pen gives it really good precision as you apply it to your lips, which I find as a necessity and a plus. It's waterproof so you can swim or even work out in it and it will stay on strong. For $1, I think this pen has it all. Find it at eyeslipsface.com

e.l.f.'s Bright Eyeliner:

This is a really cool eyeliner. Most "cheap" eyeliners out there tug at your eyes and do not glide on smoothly. Most cheap ones also do not go on very dark or stay very long. This Bright Eyeliner is quite the opposite. I find that it glides on very smooth to the eye and doesn't smear afterward. It leaves your eyes looking open and beautiful. Best of all, like other e.l.f. products, it only costs $1.

Wet 'n' Wild MegaEyes Eyeshadow

Wet 'n' Wild has been the leader in cheap makeup for decades. It is the makeup women and teens have turned to when low on cash and still want good looking makeup. They have a trio of eyeshadow colors called MegaEyes. Each palette comes with three colors of eyeshadow such as three shades of brown or purples, depending on your pick. These babies only cost $2.99 which is a real bargain.

Jane. Hi Fiber Mascara:

This mascara will only run you $3.99. The high fiber formula in the mascara leaves your lashes looking fuller and longer without looking clumpy and unnatural. It comes in various colors, including clear. The most popular color, of course, is the basic black. However, if you are feeling adventurous, try out their Purplex for some fun.

Bonne Bell's Eye Style™ Precise Liner:

I've always thought of Bonne Bell as a brand of makeup that only sold children's lip glosses and super-sweet flavored chapstick. I only recently found out they also have a line of eye makeup products, including an eyeliner pen that sharpens itself. I love these kind! It only costs $2.95 and will last you a long time and go on smoothly. Pretty good deal.
