The first website is called the rebel store. It is mainly a store that sells confederate items and civil war related pictures and clothing. This site has blankets, bathing suits, ball caps, posters, bumper stickers and even pacifier holders that are all designed with the confederate flag design. They also have some amazing pictures of Robert E. Lee, Stonewall Jackson, and many other confederate generals. The best thing about this Civil War site is that it has some of the lowest prices for Civil War items on the internet.
The next site is the civil week. This site gives a day by day account of what happened during the Civil War. They will send you a weekly update on what happened this day in...1861, 1862, 1863, 1864, and 1865. This site is for those Civil War fans that are fascinated by the day by day details of the war. You will learn stuff from this website that you won't learn in a text book. They also have a Civil War chat room, where you can chat with other civil war fans. This site also has a book store with many civil war books. The civil week site has a map room which includes maps that the confederate soldiers followed during the war. It shows what path they traveled during major events in the war.
Dixie rising is the next website on my list. This is the site for all those Civil War fans that can't find the right e-card. This site is mainly a Civil War e-greetings site. They have e-cards for all of the Civil War holidays. They have many different categories of e-cards. Some of their categories are southern pride, southern culture, southern heritage, southern holidays, and southern humor. They also have a gift store which has items that are made in the south by southerners. They have a few other items also such as flags, blankets, clothes, and bumper stickers. Although this site does not contain many facts about the Civil War it is a fun place for a fan of the Civil War to visit.
Last but definitely not least is a website called Aw! Shucks. This site is the best pro-confederate news site available. This site is updated daily with southern news and links. This Civil War site contains numerous links to other great Civil War sites. Aw! Shucks posted all news stories that pertain to the south. They are dedicated to keeping the south alive. They take great pride in their southern heritage. This Civil War site also has many links to southern blogs. They also have a recommended book list for all of those fans who love to read about the civil war.
