Coffee Nation

Coffee Nation located at 3907 General Electric Road, Bloomington, Illinois offers freshly brewed in-store ground coffee. Coffee Nation specializes in single origin, 100% Arabica coffee microroastery coffee beans. Besides coffee, Coffee Nation offers free high speed internet. If you want to buy a bag to take home, bags of coffee are also for sale. Coffee Nation offers a calm, quiet place to relax and study. Ask about their anthropologist discount (must display official anthropologist gold card.)‎ This is a favorite meeting spot for Central Illinois Entrepreneurs Group.

How Sweet It Is

How Sweet It Is, 101 West Madison Street, Pontiac, Illinois offers gourmet coffee with flavors of the day in caffeine and decaffeinated coffees. How Sweet It Is, located on the square in downtown Pontiac, is famous for their home made chocolates. This coffee shop also offers gourmet and regular teas, iced and hot, as well as gourmet sandwiches and soups. Antique furniture placed against the walls stores candies, coffees, teas, colorful dinnerware, cups, and other gift items. Oriental area rugs covering parts of the floor, while round tables with colorful floral table clothes, combine for a cheerful decor.

Comity Buzz

Comity Buzz, officially opened January 1, 2010, is also located in downtown Pontiac at 103 W Madison St., right next door to How Sweet It is. Comity Buzz roasts their beans the day they need them and vacuum seal for the freshest, highest quality cup of coffee anywhere. Comity Buzz uses La Marzocco, one of the worlds most famous and respected expresso machines handmade in Milan, Italy. Besides hot and iced coffee drinks, Comity Buzz also offers fruit flavored drinks.

Comity Buzz originally planned to hold concerts every weekend and were in the process of installing a House sound system with a 16 channel powered mixing board 50' back from the stage, and plenty of other goodies.

Comity Buzz also offers high speed Internet to 3 Xboxes as well as the PS3. When everything is up and running, they will be holding tryouts and a tournament for their TC Buzz Halo team.
