Tootsie is the most hilarious, comical, family entertainer in early 80's also considered a classical one of its kind, which change and increased the standard of comedy in Hollywood. It gave impetus for feature directors and actors not only in Hollywood but world wide a challenge to come to the expectation and standard set by Tootsie. In my option Tootsie is the best comical movie of 80's.
