I recently wrote an article called "Do you sweat a lot? Here's what to do". Since it's so popular, I decided to continue talking about the subject of sweating a lot. If you've never read the mentioned article before, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I sweat . And I spent years growing up trying to figure out what to do to cure the problem of sweating a lot. I tried all kinds of things. I tried avoiding wearing white shirts. I tried sticking little pieces of fabric inside my clothing. And, I tried all different kinds of deodorants.

Maybe this problem can't be cured, but it can be managed. You don't have to go around being uncomfortable and sweaty all the time. There are deodorants out there that can help you. So, do you sweat a lot? Here's what deodorants you can use.

Secret and Sure

I bet you thought I was going to start with the best deodorant to use correct? Wrong. I'm going to start with a deodorant that is advertised the most, but is actually the least effective. All the advertisements say that secret and sure are great for fighting odor and preventing you from sweating. However, in my experience, secret and sure are not the best deodorants to use if you sweat a lot. These deodorants begin to smell a little not-so-sweet after you do a lot of sweating. You have to keep reapplying these deodorants to get them to be effective.

Degree

This is by far the best deodorant. It will keep you smelling good even if you sweat a lot. Your body heat turns it on. That is the advertisement for Degree deodorant. And that is no false advertising. As you begin to sweat this deordant releases more scent. And the scent is not repulsive at all. The scent remains sweet and appealing. This deodorant lasts all day long . After years of testing all kinds of deodorants to help manage my sweating problem, this deodorant remains top drawer when I go to the grocery store. It keeps you feeling fresh all day long. However, if you want to stop sweating completely, this is not the best deodorant to use.

A better deodorant to keep from sweating is a Certain Dri.

This brand will make your skin feel like your pores are being closed against sweating. You will have a very hard time soiling those white shirts. The cost is around $12. But it is worth it. However, you may feel you are doing something wrong to your body because certain dri is so powerful when it comes to stopping you from sweating. Be careful. I myself stopped using Certain Dri. Just because I'm very into my health. And my skin felt so tight after using certain Dri that I could not convince myself it was a good idea to continue using it. However, that is also my opinion.

Choose what you want, but by far degree and certain dri are the best deodorants for people who sweat a lot. I've tried them all. That includes Mitchum, soft and dry, and even some men's deodorants. And by far, the two deodorants mentioned above are tops.
