My favourite weight loss quick fix is the Cabbage Soup Diet. It's not a long term weight loss plan, as it's only supposed to be followed for one week in three or four, but if you want to shift pounds fast, and you want to do it healthily, this could be the answer for you. If you follow the diet religiously, it's possible to lose 10lbs or even more in a week. You need never go hungry on the Cabbage Soup Diet - there's always something you can eat, although you'll probably be sick of the soup by the end of the week.
With the Cabbage Soup Diet, there are no expensive items to buy, and the diet should slot seamlessly into your lifestyle, as there are no strange food combinations or restrictions. The diet also boosts the metabolism, so you'll find you continue to lose weight after your week on Cabbage Soup, as long as you eat healthily and don't just go back to eating the things that made you fat in the first place.
